This fantastic 5 bedroom 2.5 house has all the comfort of home with the privacy you need. This home has it all in wonderful suburban East Cobb - Marietta, GA. Large inside and out. In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs, there is a day bed in the office and a large play/guest room with a couch and queen size air mattress. There is a nice size kitchen with all amenities, dining room, office, sunken family room with fireplace and a wonderful screened in porch. This corner lot is large and private. Marietta Square, Truist Park, the Battery and Downtown Historic Roswell are 10 minutes away. If downtown Atlanta is your thing you are just 30 minutes from the heart of downtown and 20 minutes to Buckhead. Enjoy the many fine restaurants like Seed, Drift, Little Alley's Steakhouse, Marietta Pizza Kitchen and many more. Just 5 minutes to East Cobb baseball park, East Cobb Recreation Park, Chattahoochee River and many outstanding golf courses. We are 25 minutes to Lakepoint for all your tournaments.

This property offers so many great benefits. With its great location in the suburb of Marietta and just 30 minutes to Atlanta we have all the comforts you need while being convenient to most of Atlantas' attractions, entertainment and food. In fact in 2017 we will be 15 minutes to the new Braves Suntrust baseball stadium.
What makes this property unique
This property sits in a quiet subdivision on a large corner lot. The house is over 2400 sq. ft with a very comfortable layout. The large lot is private with a wooded backyard with a small creek.
