We stayed here with three adults and two dogs and it was very comfortable. The fenced backyard was key with our dogs. It was large and very good to have with them. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and it was very convenient to many local places. Overall a very good value and a great experience.

We had a great trip. The location was great. We were going to see a show at the Cobb Energy Performance Center and this place was about 10 minutes away. Quiet, nice neighborhood close to great food too! Would definitely stay here again.

House is pet friendly. The back yard is fenced but there is a gap and my small dog got out. Found him quickly. Also the house smells of a very strong air freshener to mask that it is a pet friendly house. No signs of previous pets but the air fresheners were strong. Exactly as advertised otherwise. Perfect location for Truit Park events.

I enjoyed a quick overnight trip to Atlanta for a concert with family and a friend. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. The property was clean, the neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The hosts were helpful and gracious with answering my questions and making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Atlanta.

Check-in was very easy as the host provided door codes and instructions. The kitchen was very modern and well stocked ( maybe needed a few more dinner plates). Had plenty of counter-top space and applicances ( toaster, blender, etc) if needed.
