The new apartment was completed in 2019 and is located in a central location in Travemünde. The Baltic Sea beach is not far away (max. 3 minutes on foot) and you are standing with your feet in the Baltic Sea and on the fine sandy Travemünder Ostseestrand. The Trave and the center of Travemünde invite you to stroll and shop and are in the immediate vicinity. Numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities are available within a few minutes' walk. The golf course is also only 3 minutes away by car.

The apartment was completed in 2019 and has a high quality and new equipment. The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. From the living room you can access the balcony with garden furniture, which invites you to relax. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped and offers all the comfort you could wish for. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and another television. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures an additional feel-good factor. The washing machine in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Moderne Ferienwohnung

Großzügige und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Besonders in den kühleren Monaten ist die Fußbodenheizung eine wahre Wohltat. Zum Strand oder Strandbahnhof sind es wenige Gehminuten.
