Lovingly in 2011 newly built apartments with views of the Baltic Sea to feel good 1 room apartment, 1 single kitchen, garden use Grilpavillion, nTischtennisplatte. The apartment is located in the attic. It is furnished with two beds 90x200cm, wardrobe, and seating. 1 cot is also available. Parking is located directly in front of the house.

Seeblick 10 Kühlingsborn - absolut empfehlenswert

Übernachtung im Seeblick 10 in Kühlungsborn Anfang August 2023. Wir hatten die kl.Ferienwohnung. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bettwäsche sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist luftig und frisch, schön hell und leise, insofern es auch die Nachbargäste sind. Das Bad hat alles was man benötigt. Das Wasser zum duschen warm immer warm genug für mein Partnerin. Wer mit e-Bikes anreist oder sich welche leiht kann seine Räder sogar draußen wieder aufladen (gibt ja welche wo der Akku nicht entnehmbar ist). Ladestation für 2 Räder. Stellplätze fürs Auto direkt vorm Haus. Der Blick aus der Wohnung auf die Ostsee. Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Insgesamt wurde bei der Wohnung auch an kleine Details gedacht. Nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist z.B. dank Fliegengitter an einem der Fenster kein Problem. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden die kl.Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, man konnte sie jederzeit erreichen und sie standen mit Tips und Tricks zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.

Ontspannen vakantie

Wij hebben een volle week het 2 persoon appartement kunnen huren in dit mooie huis en zijn erg tevreden. De verhuurders zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het is er schoon, netjes en comfortabel. Het huis bevindt zich op een mooie rustige locatie en een fijn uitgangspunt voor, in ons geval met de motor, het maken van dagtochten. Wij vonden het erg leuk en hebben mede hierdoor een fijne, ontspannen vakantie gehad.

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben (Ausflüge, Essen gehen). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge mit dem PKW nach z.B. Rostock, Schwerin oder Wismar. Kühlungsborn kann mit dem Fahrrad (in ca. 15-20 Min.) oder PKW (in ca. 10 Min.) erreicht werden. Hier gibt es auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am nahegelegenen Strand. Nochmals besten Dank für alles!
