Met our needs perfectly!

A quiet neighborhood with a private back yard and we had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend celebrating a birthday and retirement. Would stay here again!

The house was exactly as listed! I just wished that the queen bed we slept in was more comfortable! The mattress was very thin! Everything else was great! Would stay here again! Thank you! We were here because of sudden death of a brother and brother in law! The house was big enough for the 5 adults that stayed here! This so helped with the convenience of our stay with loved ones!

Ball State baseball visit

We had a wonderful time in Muncie. It was very nice to stay and relax close to the school and baseball field. We were able to cook and have dinner with our son. Thank you for letting us use your house. The neighborhood was very quiet.

The house was clean. We liked the openness of the kitchen/dining/living areas. It is very well stocked with necessary items. Access and location was good. Neighborhood was good. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. It was much nicer than having to stay in a hotel.

Cute Muncie Neighborhood

Clean, affordable home close to Ball State and Munice volleyball club. Small 4 bedroom house with large common area. Perfect for a weekend trip.

House was great and exactly what we expected. Will for sure be booking here again . Mirrors in the bedrooms would really help when multiple people are getting ready. Loved our stay!

Great Location and Property

Stayed here to visit our son and go to the game. Walked to the stadium and back. Awesome location. Quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for 6 adults. We would stay again!

Great Muncie Location

We were in town with four other couples for a wedding. It was so nice to have a large space to gather and visit rather than be confined to small individual hotel rooms. It was actually cheaper too! We would highly recommend staying here!

Wish we would of found sooner

Our family came down to celebrate senior weekend for Ball State baseball. This house was perfect for our family and loved the quiet neighborhood. I just wish we would’ve found it sooner.

Grand baby visit!

I missed my family and granddaughters so much. I needed a safe, clean, affordable place to stay so I could visit them. This house checked all my boxes. So clean and in a nice little quiet area. I loved the fended in back yard for my little ones to just run and be kids after such a long drive. Great communication when I had questions. We would for sure stay again.

We just stayed friday night thru sunday morning, we were all there for the race weekend at winchester. The weather wasnt great so it was nice having a house to go back to instead if a hotel. There were 6 of us and we agreed this will be our stay every year if available.

Great Option to Stay for College Tour

I brought 3 teens for a college tour. They found the Wi-Fi password immediately. We had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds, and kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our own meals. Quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. No problems, easy check in. Thank you to our hosts!!

Great proximity to BSU. Owners/hosts were communicative and prompt. The home is accurate on the listing page and photos match. The decor is sparse and dated and I think the carpet could use an upgrade. I feel like we overpaid for what we got. But it was functional.
