Very nice stay

Very close to Ball State, very nice location. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable living spaces. It has a nice 'home' feel to it, warm and welcoming. I hope it is available the next time we are going to be in the area. Thank you!

Ball State baseball visit

We had a wonderful time in Muncie. It was very nice to stay and relax close to the school and baseball field. We were able to cook and have dinner with our son. Thank you for letting us use your house. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Grand baby visit!

I missed my family and granddaughters so much. I needed a safe, clean, affordable place to stay so I could visit them. This house checked all my boxes. So clean and in a nice little quiet area. I loved the fended in back yard for my little ones to just run and be kids after such a long drive. Great communication when I had questions. We would for sure stay again.

Convenient, comfortable for families

The house was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and really appreciated the spacious living room with ample seating, large kitchen and front porch rocker. It’s on a quiet street and only a few blocks from campus and 5 min from downtown so plenty to do during your stay!

Perfect location for wedding in Muncie.

House was exactly as advertised quiet neighborhood close to campus, clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with, no concerns. Would rent again, if we travel to Muncie again!! We were in town for a family wedding, and we were within 10 minutes of the North Church Venue!!

Enjoyed our stay

We were in town for a funeral and 6 of us stayed at the house. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room! We had pizza at the house with extended family. Nice neighborhood for walking, too.

Nice home close to Ball State

Several co-workers stayed in this home while hosting an event at Ball State University. The home was clean and comfortable and the proximity to Ball State can't be beat!
