Allegra - Modern with mountain views by the stream + SONOS / Netflix / Spotify + opt. sauna

Our holiday home "Allegra" was newly created in 2014. The architecturally beautiful house has approx. 100 m² of living space and a spacious balcony with seating in a quiet, sunny, yet central location in the picturesque Engadin Scuol. The light-flooded living room with long dining table and chic kitchen inspires with a wonderful view over Scuol to the west. The house is only approx. 300 m from the village center and a few steps from the stop of the free local & ski bus. It is furnished with great attention to detail and at the same time of high quality and has 5 1/2 rooms with wonderful Swiss pine parquet or chic concrete screed, wall coverings and built-in wardrobes. Two double bedrooms with 1.80 m wide double beds + two small single rooms with 0.90 m wide beds. Two chic bathrooms with showers, one of them with an additional toilet and 1 separate toilet complete the picture. With the fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker and oven, cooking is also fun on vacation. Please note the somewhat steeper stairs. The sauna is optionally available at an additional cost.

When it was founded in 1914, the first national park in the Alps and Central Europe was created. The Swiss National Park has a lot to offer on an area of 172 km²:

Bike Highlights: These are the bike highlights of the ENGADIN / Scuol holiday region: - National Park Bike Marathon: Around the Swiss National Park, starting points Scuol, Fuldera, Livigno, S-chanf. Longest route 138 km and 4,010 vertical meters, always in the second half of August. National Park Bike Tour: Bookable package without luggage on the route of the National Park Bike Marathon. Val S-charl, Val d'Uina, Val Sinestra: the distinctive side valleys of the Lower Engadine. The rock path in the Val d'Uina is one of the top bike highlights in Europe.
