This small terraced house with a wonderful panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites is located above the village centre.
The garden with a large terrace (approx. 30m2) invites you to linger. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away. The local bus takes you to the village centre or directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway in just a few minutes. In winter you can ski/snowboard right up to the front of the house.
A garage and outdoor car park as well as a ski/bike room are available.

The lovingly furnished holiday home Arch San Martin C has a dining/living room, kitchen with dishwasher, hob, fondue and raclette set, 2 double bedrooms one with additional sofa bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower or bathtub/WC/sink, Nespresso coffee machine, free WLAN and much more.

Great accommodation for two families. We much appreciated the stay in Arch San Martin C. Wonderfull sunny location, not far from the cable car. Bedroom are nicely separated so there is a lot of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped and we have found everything needed. It is also nice to have sunny garden and lot of space to play on the back of the house.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, nahe der Skipiste. Kann wenn genügend Schnee liegt, direkt von der Piste angefahren werden. Für 4 Personen sehr komfortabel, für 6-7 Personen sind die bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten sehr rar = nur ein 2er Sofa. Das ist ein bisschen schade, da man gerade im Winter ja schon noch einige Stunden in einer gemütlichen Stube verbringen möchte.

Schöne Aussicht

Schönes Haus, hübsch eingerichtet, mit schöner Aussicht vom oberen Stock. Etwas weit vom Dorfkern entfernt. Wohnzimmer und Küche etwas klein, falls man die volle Belegung nutzen wollte. Insgesamt vielleicht etwas überteuert.
