A modern and bright 4 1/2 room flat awaits you in the upper part of Scuol. From the south-facing garden seating area (approx. 20 m2) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lower Engadine mountains. There is also a small west-facing garden seating area with evening sun. The local bus/ski bus stop is only a few steps away and the village centre can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. Reserved garage space in the car park (lift available).

State-of-the-art kitchen with large fridge, high-level oven, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher. 3 double bedrooms, one with pull-out bed. 2 complete bathrooms (1 x with bathtub and double washbasin, 1 x with shower).
