Very spacious for 19 adults and some little ones. The two young families slept in the farmhouse for earlier bedtimes. The pool was refreshing and there was plenty of green space and deck space for outdoor games. The houses were clean and the kitchen held everything we needed. We look forward to returning.
We held a family reunion there with 35 people ranging in age from infant to 74 years old. Everyone had a great time. For some people the swimming pool was the best. For other people the hot tub was the best. A lot of the kids thought the fishing was the best. But EVERYONE loved the deer. There were many hours spent just on the deck(s) watching the deer come to feed and water. We added the farmhouse so everyone could have a bed. While the farmhouse was great, the main lodge is unbelievable. There are so many animal mounts and memorabilia on the walls that you cannot possibly take it all in at once. And the huge natural log walls absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially large groups as there is something for everyone.
Although we had a wonderful time, we were concerned about no locks, worn out cookware and barely functioning cooktop. The site is spectacular! We enjoyed a peaceful stay and the ground crew were amazing!
The property was a great place for a large family of all ages. Plenty to keep everyone busy. The deer are amazing to watch and see up close. Fishing was great. We would definitely come here again.
Amazing view of deer & birds, enjoyed boating and fishing…

Nice Large Lodge
Our extended family enjoyed the Lodge, where all our kids and grandkids stayed for 3 nights. Loved the large open area on the main level with complete kitchen. Grandkids enjoyed watching all the deer.
Wonderful place to gather and connect with family, especially when trying to get up to 30 family members together. Just enough to do for all ages. Highly recommended.
The listing was as described, and the host did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. We appreciated how responsive and helpful they were. That said, the property and buildings could use some maintenance and updates. The wooden decks at both buildings had areas that were rotting and had holes, which was concerning. The upstairs bathroom did not drain properly, and the carpets had quite a few stains. We also noticed green algae on the bottom of the pool. There were a few appliance issues as well. The upstairs refrigerator was not cooling properly, the downstairs washer would not complete a full cycle, and the upstairs dryer made a loud squealing noise when started. The farmhouse also had a noticeable mildewy smell, and some of the flooring appeared uneven or sloped.Overall, the property matched the listing, and the host was wonderful to communicate with, but the property itself would benefit from some repairs, maintenance, and updates to make the stay slightly more comfortable for family visits.
So many activities to keep everyone engaged from ages 4 - 72! So many wonderful memories created!

Family vacation
Our group whose ages ranged from 2-78 enjoyed family time at the lodge. We enjoyed the pool, volleyball court, paddle boat, deck and especially watching the deer. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and state of repair .
Lots to do here to escape! Fishing, watching the deer, swimming pool, hot tub and sand volleyball
Court. Plus indoor activities as pool table, cards etc. Not a bad drive to the Dells if you want to go there for activities. We didn’t have many issues but the owners were very responsive to the ones we did have. Would stay here again! Great spot for our large family!
This was our second time staying in this vacation home with our family. We highly recommend this place. Fishing, swimming, and lots of outdoor space for activities. Close enough to Wis Dells if you choose. Lots of games, including a pool table in the lower level that kept the kids entertained. We could watch wildlife right off the deck which included geese, cranes, bison, and deer. Very relaxing property to hang out.
