Flat screen tvs in both the living room and bedroom. Views of Factory Bay can be seen from your private screened in balcony. Popular on-site Dolphin Tiki!!

On-site boat slip rental optional here at Angler's Cove on Factory Bay. Great inshore and offshore fishing, including 10,000 Islands, and an amazing sandbar within minutes. Again popular on-site Dolphin Tiki Bar, beautiful pool and tennis courts. Accommodates 4 guests and renovated throughout. Rose Marina is located just next door featuring boat rentals, fuel, ship store and multiple fishing charters.

Anglers Cove consists of 12 buildings with 320 one & two bedroom condominium units. Lush tropical grounds with amenities that include two swimming pools, three whirlpools, two tennis courts, a waterside bar and grill, as well as boat docks for rent(subject to availability).

***Resort Management requires all guests to submit application prior to arrival. Any fees associated with application are the responsibility of the guest (amount subject to change)

Fun two weeks

We really enjoyed our two weeks at Angler's Cove. The area is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We had a couple of minor issues and the listing group took care of them immediately. The unit was comfortable and well stocked with needed items.

High Marks and Low Water Pressure

Everything met our expectations except the water pressure. It was difficult to even take a shower! The unit could benefit from some updates – simple little things like new bath mats would make a difference.Other than that – we found everything exactly as we had hoped!

Fantastic Week at Marco Island Condo

Recently spent a delightful week at a condo on Marco Island, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The bay views from the condo were breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. The dining options in the area were exceptional, offering a variety of delicious choices within walking distance. Exploring the nearby marina added an extra layer of enjoyment, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the host. Their attentiveness made the stay memorable, and their pleasant demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. In summary, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a great blend of comfort, beautiful views, and convenient amenities. Horrible Experience

The exterior of the buildings needs a good power wash. The elevator is small and dirty but needed as the unit is on the 5th floor. The luggage cart was also filthy. The condo was dirty - sticky counters, dirty fridge inside and out, dirty bedspread. The final straw was the trickle of hot water from all faucets. Property manager claims the water was fine but a review from mid-January shows same issue. How can items be clean with no hot water? We left the condo after the plumber fixed the valve that he said was broken for quite a while - they refuse to provide a refund and VRBO has been useless. Stay away from Harborview Realty and VRBO.
