Private vacation home just 17 miles east of Hayward. A great location that provides privacy and beautiful scenery.

The home is conveniently located on Moores Bay on the East side of the Chippewa Flowage. Just a short drive to restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, and other entertainment. A dock and boat lift makes enjoying the water easy.

Whether you are looking for a little rest and relaxation or to catch the legendary fish of the Chippewa Flowage; it is all right here. Plenty of outdoor recreation for everyone: fishing golfing, bird watching, hiking & biking, canoeing, kayaking.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location on the Flowage for fishing. Rental had all the essentials that you would expect. The electric boat lift was a bonus. Protected my boat from the weather and waves.

Pleasant property

This place had everything needed especially in the kitchen and the boat lift. Enjoyed the extra space in the bonus room playing cards and games. I would recommend and go back. The Chippewa Flowage is massive and beautiful.

Too Bare Lodge

We truly enjoyed our stay at Too Bare Lodge. The fully stocked home was in a nice, quiet location and within a short drive to downtown Hayward. We were looking for a restful and relaxing week and that is exactly what we got. We particularly enjoyed watching the local wildlife, especially the resident birds. The covered, electric boat lift was a real bonus and kept our 16' Alumacraft boat high, dry, and clean. Thanks for a great stay!
