The bus stop is about 600m away and the Rasender Rolands train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The leisure pool is about 800m away. Each apartment has a parking space on the object. A children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available. The Haus Lausitz has a separate common room with up to 40 seats, lockable and separate kitchen and toilets. The sauna is chargeable. For cyclists and hikers it is an ideal starting point for their activities. Free Wi-Fi is available in the property.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Leider entsprechen die Bilder im Internet nicht der Realität vor Ort. Die Hälfte der FEWO's befinden sich auf der Rückseite der Anlage, die leider nicht erwähnt wird und somit falsche Hoffnungen auf eine schöne Balkonaussicht geschüren.
