We are located in a small hamlet in the village of Radonić, in the heart of Dalmatian Zagora, in the immediate vicinity of the Krka National Park.

The family farm has a long tradition of farming and animal husbandry.

In addition to domestic products, since 2022 we have enriched our offer with accommodation for our guests.

In the newly renovated apartments, in addition to the autochthonous traditional atmosphere, we also offer fully equipped and modern accommodation for your pleasant stay.

Visit us and spend unforgettable moments enjoying the beauty and charm of Dalmatian Zagora.

All our accommodation units have a flat-screen TV, Internet Wi-Fi, a terrace with a view of the garden, and in the common yard there is a swimming pool, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a parking space.

In addition to accommodation, we also offer homemade meals and drinks on request for our guests.

Fantastic holiday

We’ve spent a fab two weeks in this accommodation. The apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped, in a lovely and peaceful setting close to many places of interest. The family are great hosts who made us feel very welcome and looked after. It was lovely to receive some of their produce too! We had a great holiday and wished we could have stayed longer. Wonderful time in Croatia

It was a wonderful time. We were super welcomed. Rooms were clean and well maintained with full facilities. The best thing was that you felt super comfortable and you always have nice conversations with the family. Fruit and vegetables have never been lacking🙈. Super vibe and nice and quiet. So peaceful

We spent a great week in this apartment. The pictures are exactly as conformed as realality. The place is not so far from the main road which take us to bigger cities. And above all, it’s so peaceful! And I’d like to thank the kindness of the hosts. They’re are so attentive to their guests. Ivan and Ivana are very nice. Thank you, we’ll come back!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung auf dem Land, nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Šibenik und dem Krka-Nationalpark entfernt. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht, aber trotzdem schnell bei den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sein möchte. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Was unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat, war die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterfamilie. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Eiern vom eigenen Hof versorgt – ein echtes Highlight! Leider hatten wir während eines Ausflugs eine Panne mit unserem Fahrzeug. Eine Nachricht an Ivan und seine Frau holte uns ab. Da kann man nur sprachlos sein über solche Vermieter. Einfach grandios. Über solche Hilfe kann man nur dankbar sein!! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Heel comfortabel, perfect onderhouden en proper appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. De keuken is goed uitgerust en vele apparaten zijn aanwezig. Zalige en rustige omgeving met een heerlijk uitzicht. Instant vakantiegevoel :-) Vriendelijk ontvangst en alle vragen werden vriendelijk en uitgebreid beantwoord. Een aanrader om tot rust te komen na het bezoek van Krka-park. Het fruit en de groenten uit de tuin zijn heerlijk en zeer leuke extra.

Kleines, freundliches und sauberes Apartment mit zwei weiteren Apartments nebenan. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Gastfamilie, die gerne hilft und Tipps gibt zu Ausflugzielen usw. Schöne und ruhige Lage, nicht weit entfernt zu guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Schöner Garten mit tollem Pool. Unkomplizierter persönlicher Check in. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein wunderschönes Apartment für alle, die Ruhe suchen.Bei Hitze kann die Klimaanlage raumweise abgeschaltet werden.Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.Die (Selbst-) Versorgung mit Eiern, frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten war einmalig.Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und alle Fragen während des Aufenthaltes z.B. zu Restaurants etc. wurden gerne beantwortet.Der kleine Pool war sehr gepflegt und würde regelmäßig zur Abkühlung genutzt.

Un séjour très charmant dans un cadre reposant

Tout était parfait : un accueil très chaleureux d’Ivan et sa famille, un appartement confortable et très bien équipé et un cadre agréable! Les enfants ont bien apprécié la piscine et les parents la quiétude du lieu, tout cela à quelques km du parc de Krka et de Sibenik. On recommande vivement !

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich herzlich. Wir wurden sogar mit Gemüse, Obst und Eiern versorgt :) Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist dennoch in nur 20 min in Šibenik und am Meer. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Wir haben uns 2 Wochen hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine super Ferienwohnung, alles sauber und voll ausgestattet. Dank der Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern hatten wir keine Insekten in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns schöne Tipps für Bademöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben haben. Obst und Gemüse aus dem großen Garten, frischer geht es nicht. Ruhige Lage, etwas abseits aber mit dem Auto alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Des vacances au calme

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques entre visites et repos : la piscine est dans un cadre magnifique entre vignes et vergers. Ivan et son épouse nous ont très bien accueillis. Durant les 2 semaines ils ont toujours été disponibles et aux petits soins. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme, tout en étant proche des commerces, c'est la location rêvée. L'appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes : il est superbe. On vous le recommande vivement. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.
