Get ready to kick back, relax & make our home yours at this modern condo located right on the popular scenic hwy 30A in Santa Rosa Beach!

Our 2-bed, 2-bath condo is the perfect launching pad for your family’s vacation! Complete with stainless steel appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, washer/dryer & smart TV, you’ll have everything you need for your stay. Enjoy the quiet back patio or the on-site pool, located steps away!
The space
The Beach Cowboy condo is family-owned and run. We absolutely love visiting the area and our friends and family in town. Since we can't be there all the time, we take joy in sharing it with others!

The condo is a first-floor corner unit featuring modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring throughout.

Just inside the front door you'll see the chalk wall. This feature is our living guest book! Feel free to leave your mark to commemorate your stay.

The kitchen features updated tile and countertops, modern appliances, and all the equipment you'll need to prepare meals for you and your family.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage, and an en suite bathroom with updated shower.

The second bedroom features bunked queen-sized beds - a perfect room for kids but also large enough to fit two adult couples! Across from this room is the main bathroom, with a shower/tub combination and laundry room in the closet.

The dining area has comfortable seating for four at the table along with two barstool seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room includes a great couch for lounging and a 43-in smart TV loaded with all the expected streaming apps. You can also peruse our own little library for a perfect beach read!
Guest access
Parking onsite is free. Guests have full access to the on-site pool which is located steps away! Charcoal grills located on the lawn just behind the condo are also available for use.
Other things to note
This condo is located in the amazing Topsail Village complex. For those staying for an event at Celebration Hall, the venue is just down the block!

Great Weekend!

Awesome weekend in Santa Rosa. The condo was perfectly suitable in size and accommodations for two couples. I will definitely book here again!

Wonderful little condo

We had an amazing time!!! My children loved the beautiful bunk beds Would've been nice to have a lamp by the beds, otherwise perfect!!!

Great location close to Top Sail.

The condo was very nice. We have friends who stay at the campground and the location could not have been better. Bathrooms are little tight, but we really were not there much beyond spending the night. Thanks Taylor for allowing us to stay. We will be back.
