Perfect Beach Stay

This condo was perfect for our beach stay! Everything was updated and nice. It was very close to the beach, and we were able to make a short walk to the beach each day! The pool was also nice for after a day of beaching! I would definitely stay here again!!

Another Perfect Trip

Listing was accurate and the room was clean. We have stayed in Hidden Beach Villas for almost 10 years and this was one of the better condos we’ve stayed in. The mattress was more comfortable than most! Check in process was smooth and we were able to access the room about an hour early :)

It's been a few weeks since we stayed, and unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the woman with the management company who assisted us, but she was GREAT.

GREAT BEACH GET AWAY!!

This is a great little studio in the heart of 30A!

My wife and our daughter stayed in this condo for a week at the end of May. We really loved being in the heart of 30A and we had a wonderful time! The condo its self was very clean and in excellent condition. There is free WIFI just for this cabin so you do not have to worry about sharing with anyone else. The kitchen and bathrooms were adequate and functioned as you would expect. The bed was comfortable, we did not use the pull-out sofa bed so I cannot comment. The selection of television channels was good and the TV is a Roku so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc. if you choose. I would like to let everyone know that this cabin is located right beside the pool. If the people at the pool are being loud you will hear them. This was only a minor issue and no one at the pool was every loud past 10 pm. Getting to the beach is very simple and easy with a public beach access right across 30a. Please be aware, that the city of Santa-Rosa, Seaside, Sea-Grove are all built about 20 feet above sea level. So inevitably there is a large set of stairs that you will have to travers whenever you go to the beach. Really my only complaint about this condo is the check in and check out times. The check in is not until 5pm and the checkout is 10am. This may be the standard for this area, I don’t know but we found it frustrating. In summary my wife and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
