This condo is light and bright with ocean colors of turquoise and green in a beach cottage décor. The ground floor corner unit is the closest to the Gulf - you can sit on the couch while watching the waves or step right out the Gulf-front patio onto the boardwalk to the beach. C5 opens up to a lovely grassy area for children to play, and has extra windows providing lots of sunshine, direct views of the sunset and a very spacious feel.

The condo is fully equipped with beautiful updates throughout. Enjoy the views from the kitchen as you prepare snacks for the day or whip up an amazing dinner. The stunning backsplash matches the blues and greens of the Gulf.

Sleeping up to 6 people, this unit has a king bedroom with TV, hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms are updated and modern with cool blue & bright white finishes, and tub/shower combinations.

The Palms of Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect view and location

The only remark I have would be that the bedding should be replaced. It seems a bit old. And curtains should be hung in front bedroom due to outside light shining in all night. Other than that, everything was great!

Rooms are well maintained and mgt. is promptly on site when needed. The beach is just steps away with a view of the ocean and the sound of the surf.We liked C5 on the ground floor and no steps to climb with all our bags. The 2 chairs and sofa in living room need to be updated. Bed was good. Extra toilet tissue would be good. Overall a quality experience. We will be booking this room again in 2023.

The unit is spacious, has great views, comfortable beds, nice appliances, well-appointed kitchen & closest to beach. The bunk beds were great with adjustable reading lights, usb charging areas, safe perimeters with ladder. The unit was clean and well-appointed. Washer and dryer were great. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture was nice. New pillows are needed. We would have appreciated comfortable and new sofa and seating as these were worn out with no support. The bathroom tub areas need some upgrades also.

Love the location of the Palms and the proximity to the beach, which is not overcrowded. C5 was more updated than some of the other condos at the Palms but seemed smaller due to the size/age of the furniture/tv stand as well as the location of the owners closet. Loved the walk out patio but did not like the noise of the gate closing, the stairwell and the parking lot. Also condo needed some repairs including the broken microwave vent cover that fell off when closing the microwave door, the kitchen faucet that was loose at the base, had standing water on the kitchen floor couple times but could not determine source, the master bath tub faucet/shower head was not functioning properly, the hallway bathroom shower had low water pressure, electrical outlets needs evaluated with multiple extension cords/multiple things plugged into one outlet, and patio furniture needs painted. We also did not address large amount of beach belongings left on patio from prior guests that took up a lot of space we would have liked to use (wagon, chairs, etc).

Great Relaxing Place

This is a great, relaxing condo. This is a small complex right on 30A and this unit is probably the best unit in the whole complex with respect to location because the walk-out deck is closest to the beach stairs and parking is very convenient and ample. The beach is beautiful and there is enough space to "stretch out." The water was clear most days. This is very convenient to Seaside. We used our Vacayzen credit to rent a couple of bikes and had a great ride one morning all around the local communities. Publix is convenient and there are some other eateries. Brozinni's is a wonderful pizza place nearby. Mirimar Beach and Panama City are each about 30 min.-1 hour away depending on traffic closer to those areas. (There are no traffic issues at this location). We had 3 adults and 2 children (5 and 8). There are 2 separate bathrooms and they always had good water temp and pressure. There were no issues with appliances, air conditioning, or anything else provided. Great stay!

Because of its location, it's easy to leave the car parked and get around on bikes during the day. There are plenty of bike rental options within walking distance. The condo is nicely decorated, cute and beachy and has a well-stocked kitchen for staying in and cooking. Close to restaurants and shops. It's a treat to sit on the back patio with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the water. Also, easy to get up last minute and make it out for sunrise too! Perfect for a couple or a family with kids. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great, however, neither the beach gate code nor the pool gate code was provided. I had to jump over the pool fence to get out (after I was let in by another guest). We had been traveling for 12 hours, but early check-in not available and if you do they charge a fee (nickel and diming). Last, I left some clothes in the condo. I notified Benchmark immediately and filled out the “form”. It is now 6 days later and I cannot get an answer about the clothes I left. They keep saying “there’s a process”. How hard is it to let me know if the clothes are found or not? And one of the ladies I talked with was defensive and not friendly.
