This ground floor condo has been totally updated with new floors, new stainless kitchen appliances, new furniture, completely renovated bathrooms and 2 new flat screen TVs! Walk right out your living room door to the gulf! No elevators!! Sleeps 7. A Master King bedroom with private full bath. Three level bunk in the hallway is perfect for the kids . A queen sleeper sofa with memory foam gel mattress in the living room. There is a
second full bath that makes it a great family rental. Unit has washer/dryer. Enjoy Gulf view breezes from the patio. Kitchen is fully equipped. The Palms at Seagrove offers a family friendly environment including a relaxing pool to enjoy after your day at the beach, two beach chairs and an umbrella will be set up on the beach for your use during your stay. (available starting in spring thru Oct 31) . See access info details on how to arrange your chair service. The Palms has a private and gated beach
We. do not provide bicycles, however there is Butterfly Kayak and Bike rental across the street from the Palms that will have most everything you need to rent for outdoor activities










access for the guests of the Palms. Seaside is just a short bike ride away for shopping, dining, and free seasonal outdoor concerts and movies. Scenic Highway 30A offers a 17 mile bike path allowing you to explore the various communities along 30A including Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. There is Butterfly Kayak and Bike Rental across from the Palms where you can rent bikes, paddle boards, carts etc and have delivered to your doorstep for any outdoor activities you may try.

This was our 2nd stay at this particular property and I’m sure we will have more. This unit is perfectly located and within steps to the beach! Everything you need is at your fingertips and not to mention property manager is just a text or call away and responds quickly to your needs…definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I hesitate to talk about how perfect A1 is because I don’t want the secret to get out! It was so beautifully decorated, functional, small touches that made a big difference, like the three bunk beds instead of only two, plugs and lights for each bunk, every kitchen gadget you could need, toys for the beach, even a small cooler for the unit! The condo was so convenient and comfortable. We will return year after year!!

Great for family with elementary aged kids!

The A-1 condo suited our family of four perfectly. The kiddos loved the bunk bed set up and we found the condo to be very nicely decorated. Bedding was nice, towels fluffy and fresh. We appreciated the filtered water from the refrigerator. AC ran cool all week and the w/d worked well. Tanya was responsive and easy to reach and helpful. We were very pleased with our accommodations!

We had a great week at this unit. We have stayed at Palms before in a different unit and this one was much nicer. it was exactly as pictured with upgraded appliances and televisions and great WI-FI. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. Tonya was more than accommodating and was so helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect in all ways!

Every little detail was taken into consideration with this place! The communication leading up to our trip was quick and helpful with all my questions to Tanya. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed from dishes to beach toys. The quick access to the beach was perfect for our family. We were able to go back and forth easily which was super helpful with little kids. The grassy area outside the patio was ideal for kids to run around and play. We will definitely be returning!

This condo is lovely. It was nice and clean. Decor is new, beachy and comfortable. Plenty of towels,linens, throws etc. Nice patio set and beach/pool toys,rafts etc. I hope visitors take care of everything and put it all back for the next guest. This was a very nice extra! Tanya and staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming! We will definitely come here again! Really don't even want to tell anyone about it. Ha! They included more helpful,thoughtful amenities than I've seen in a vacation condo in quite some time! There is an entire notebook overflowing with info such as attractions,restaurants, wifi info etc. Thanks guys! Great job! Our trip was fantastic!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation!

Stayed over Labor Day weekend with our kids. The condo was a great size and adorably decorated, very clean, the kids loved the bunks with a tv and we loved the master with a comfy king. Two huge tvs in the unit for when it rained and we couldn't be on that white sand (which is literally 25 steps away and down the stairs). Felt very safe and secure with the gated beach access. Loved the beach service with chairs and umbrella! Bikes were awesome too! My 11 yr old son and I made a bunch of trips for food on those. Pool on site was also fun. Short drive, bike ride or long stroll to Seaside. We didn't want to leave! Absolutely perfect location! Tanya was so sweet and extremely accommodating! Planning to rent unit again in the future! *my only dislike was the fact it's a dog-friendly beach and the unit is not. Missed our pup while watching others with theirs. But we understand why the unit isn't (allergies). Thanks so much Tanya!

Couldn’t ask for better location. Easy to get to and from beach all day with potty trained toddlers. Steps from the sand. Excellent communication with owner when we had issues, resolved asap. We will be back and have shared this stay with friends and family that are booking their stays for the future! We never needed the gated access since we could walk out to beach from our unit, but the gate is loud when others let it slam due to proximity. Box fans are provided and we couldn’t hear it from the bedroom, just when in the kitchen. Didn’t cause issues for us, but only negative to note if you are super light sleeper. Had everything we needed and more. I’d say best possible unit at the Palms!

Living the Life

Our week long stay in Santa Rosa Beach Florida at this condo has been nothing but short of amazing. From the pristine white sand beaches to the crystal clear turquoise waters everyday view from this condo was a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, and the charming atmosphere of this beautiful coastal town. The warm hospitality and serene picturesque surroundings have made this trip truly unforgettable. Our condo was a perfect fit for this vacation to soak in the tranquil beauty of the Gulf. We will rebook this condo for another trip to the Gulf in the near future. Location could not be any better!

On our way home from a wonderful week in Seagrove. The location is absolutely amazing. Right outside your door is a large area of grass for kids to play. About 20 steps to the top of the stairs to the beach which is about another 20 steps away. The condo is very comfortable. Kitchen has a long Island for prep. King bed is very comfortable and bunk beds were fun and comfy for kids. I have an 11 and 13 year old and they were big enough for both. Beach was not crowded and host was awesome and responds IMMEDIATELY! Super said our week is over!

Beautiful Stay

Loved this place. Very clean. Kiddos had their own bunk. It was exactly as pictured. It was pretty neat to wake up and drink coffee on the patio and see the ocean. 30 minute walks to Seaside for restaurants was a norm for our family. The umbrella service was great and the beach was not crowded for a hot July month. Can’t wait to make it back.

This beautiful property is our 'go to' every Labor Day. It's well maintained, always clean, comfortable beds and just plain wonderful! The property manager is very responsive and so wonderfully kind. Accommodating us when we arrived early, making sure the make ready was completed. The local caretaker is amazing, kind and thorough. We're already planning next year's trip!!

Best beach vacation we’ve ever had!

What a gem! Condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds—each with their own light and outlets to charge their devices. Super clean and AMAZING location! First floor walk out to the beach was better in person than the pictures. The beach was pristine, never crowded and the chair/umbrella service was so appreciated! We drove 30A from Destin to Panama City during our trip and their is no doubt that Santa Rosa Beach was the best location for our relaxing end of summer vacation! Great restaurants close (Bronzinni’s Pizza may be the best pizza we’ve ever had!) and grocery store within minutes. Check in and out was flawless! Superb communication prior to our arrival with all pertinent details. Tanya is an incredible host!!! We can’t say enough kind things about her or her property! Quick response anytime we communicated. When we hit a little snag with our arrival plans, she responded with empathy, kindness and compassion WAY beyond what we could have imagined! Truly a wonderful host! We simply cannot imagine a better beach vacation anytime in our future! Santa Rosa will always be what we compare any other possible beach location we think if traveling to!

Beautiful and perfect location

This place was comfortable, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The bed was compfy as well. Being on the first floor was so nice for us this time since my husband was recovering from a knee surgery but I want to stay here again, it just overall was so much easier and convenient. Location was perfect and beach was awesome! The owner was so responsive and caring and made sure we were happy with our stay. We plan to return!

The Best Condo in Seagrove!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s simply the best. Perfect location, beautiful decor, the most well appointed condo, and the master bed is too die for. Tanya is the best hostess ever. We will be back again next year!!!!

This corner unit is gulf front and ground floor. Parking outside your door for easy loading and unloading. Unit has new appliances, new hardwood floors, beautifully furnished and convenient to 30A, Seagrove and Seaside.

What makes this property unique

Gulf and beach views from you living room and patio are fantastic. Just steps to the gated beach access and lots of green space for a game or bocce ball or soccer. Two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella is reserved for you on the beach during your stay. We do not provide bikes for our guests.
