Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square! 
Guest Access: 
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay. 
Interaction with Guests: 
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking: 
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted. 
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space. 
House Rules:
•	No smoking
•	No parties or events
•	No Pets
•	Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
•	The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement 
•	The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM 
CANCELATION POLICY: 
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
