This Gulf side, 2nd floor condo overlooks the pool and features views of the surrounding coastal landscape. Palms B5 sleeps 4 with a queen bedroom and hall bunks for the kids. Relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets and cool Gulf breezes from the patio. You can be at either the beach or the pool in just a couple of minutes.
The main area is an open concept layout where the kitchen flows into the living room. This unit is perfect for couples or a small family. The Palms B5
Overall our stay was good. The room was very dated with an uncomfortable bed and the glimpse of the ocean shown in the pictures was non existent due to a new build. We enjoyed the pool, parking access, and condo. However we will not rent B5 again as there are updated condos for the same price. If you’re traveling with toddlers the haul from the condo to the beach with 3 flights of stairs was doable but exhausting.

This condo is very clean and about 100 steps to the beach. It was crowded on the beach there and I loved it. It was so nice to the watercolor publix and seaside shopping. I highly recommend eating at the perfect pig. Even though my original condo I booked got canceled benchmark made it right and was able to get me in here. I also loved how easy it was to get in and to check out.

The pictures on the website show a view of the ocean. When you arrive onsite though it’s a view of construction where once was a natural preserve. It was not enjoyable hearing construction allay on vacation. I came to relax from the city. I might as well just stay there next time I go on vacation.

We had a great week in Seagrove! This unit is in a great location. It needs lots of updates. We have stayed at The Palms many times but this is the most outdated unit we have ever stayed in. There isn't much in the kitchen if you are planning on cooking. This place could be amazing with some updating. However, it was clean and steps from the beach.

Beach trip
The location was great. Easy access to Seaside, stores and grocery. The building was right off of 30A so it was quite noisy. Especially at night/evening. The beach was a short walk on the property so that was nice.
The condo had the bare minimum for kitchen and beach going. No plastic ware to carry things to the beach, no cooler, no umbrella and one of the two beach chairs was lopsided. We had to go buy those things and when you fly into town that is an inconvenience. Overall decent because of the beach and the location, but would stay elsewhere that’s been a better experience before this.

Condo needs updating! Rental company and area were great though.
Between 2 and 3 stars... The positives: rental was clean, Garrett realty was easy to work with, and the area was great! The negatives: the condo itself. The condo is worn out! It is in serious need of updating- so much so that even the bed linens were threadbare. The mirrors were rusted at the bottoms, the pictures that were hung (unevenly I might add) were faded, the sinks were very low, the faucets loose, etc... I think the only thing that wasn’t worn out was the refrigerator.

This is a great location, but is the most outdated unit we have stayed in at the Palms. As others have said, please replace the TVs. The towel bar fell several times in the main bath. The furniture is not very comfortable. The ceiling fan in bedroom is hard to get ti to adjust speeds (must climb something). This really should be a discount unit at The Palms.

Communication is key?
Clean and dated apartment with a glimpse of the ocean in view of the balcony. Would be great if condiments were offered in addition to cookware (coffee or salt/pepper). This listing is through a third party and all communication was via text message outside of VRBO. Prior to checkin, communication was excessive. During an after hours inquiry, the conversation was hard to obtain as the call volume they experienced was greater than normal. It took 1.5 hours for a call back after I disconnected the call, at which point I was already asleep. Lots of rules in the stay with threats of additional fees without compliance- trash, dishes, linens and towels. I did not feel relaxed staying here.

We have rented this unit several times. Some things never change. The unit needs updating. New, larger TVs are needed. The remote in the bedroom has been missing the back for all the visits we have been there. There are 7 remotes in the living room, only 3 electronic items that use them. The bed is advertised as a queen, feels more like a full. But it was comfortable and that is a plus. We had a great visit. We have ocean view that is nice. Clean but dated
We enjoyed our stay at the Palms but I don’t think we would stay in this particular unit again. The beds were particularly uncomfortable and old. The two televisions were very small, about the size of computer monitors. The pool was very cloudy and had a white film over the top but I left a message with the property manager and it was cleaned the next morning. Not sure if that was a coincidence or because of my call because no one responded to my message. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow and we were unable to stream movies uninterrupted. Pros: the location was awesome and the private entrance to the beach was clean and very convenient. The unit was clean overall. Cons: the furniture needs an update (beds, tvs, another loveseat would be great). The dated nature of the unit and the furniture made it somewhat uncomfortable overall. With a few updates, this unit would be great. As is, it’s average at best.

Beautiful grounds and great location
The property was very beautifully landscaped and clean. The beach was not crowded like other locations in Seagrove/30A can be. perfect location and bikes you can rent on property is nice.
was advertised ocean view, it is just a building behind another on the property. The walk was just as easy as though we were oceanfront.
However, there are a lot of straight upward stairs to go up and down to the beach. I consider myself in shape, and they were tiring.
We were not given a code to get in beach gate and pool in any of our confirmations. I don’t know if that was supposed to be left in our condo. But we had to call someone when we couldn’t get in the beach gate.
Our place was clean and quiet. but certainly dated and needing updates for the price.
The washing machine/dryer needs to be replaced. It is very tiny and barely fits anything. Always had to dry the clothes at least twice before they were dry, and vent keeps popping off inside it. It was frustrating.
Otherwise everything was good, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We have rented this unit several times. Some things never change. The unit needs updating. New, larger TVs are needed. The remote in the bedroom has been missing the back for all the visits we have been there. There are 7 remotes in the living room, only 3 electronic items that use them. The bed is advertised as a queen, feels more like a full. But it was comfortable and that is a plus. We had a great visit. We have ocean view that is nice. Within walking distance of several restaurants and stores.

Good location, but...

This is a great location, but is the most outdated unit we have stayed in at the Palms. As others have said, please replace the TVs. The towel bar fell several times in the main bath. The furniture is not very comfortable. The ceiling fan in bedroom is hard to get ti to adjust speeds (must climb something). This really should be a discount unit at The Palms.

Great location!
A great 1 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the beach side of 30A in Seagrove. Only comment would be the unit is right above the pool and there is an ocean view, but the condo is the second row of the 4 Palms buildings (A and C are beach front and B and D are behind them with parking lot/ocean view). Still a great unit and had a wonderful vacation, I just thought it was more of direct ocean view. Very clean and easy to rent, would definitely stay again!
