Enjoy all that we have to offer in this beautifully decorated, deluxe oceanfront condo located by Centennial Park with spectacular ocean views.

From the private balcony savor gorgeous sunrises & gentle ocean breezes. Spend the day swimming, strolling & sunbathing at the Free beach or lounge by the Large, heated pool complete w/ outdoor shower, bathroom, grills, tables & chairs.

Take in the summertime fireworks/evening sunsets from the rooftop deck & watch seasonal concerts from your balcony.

Tropical colors & custom furnishings are throughout. The kitchen is a cook's delight w/ stainless appliances & granite counters. We've included extras for families like a high chair & playpen just to mention a few. Enjoy your fantastic family vacation at the South Jersey Shore!

Location says it all, you’ll be near the Crest’s bike-path, a short distance from the water parks, rides, games & shops on the famous Wildwood Boardwalk!


Building details: Our building is secure with access via a pass code for the elevator & stairwells. Covered parking (assigned spaces) is conveniently located near the elevator, 2 spaces are provided. On Friday nights throughout the summer (and on the 4th of July and during other special events), enjoy the fireworks from the rooftop of the building, accessible by elevator. The pool area is lovely with its generous supply of chaise lounges, a large heated pool (w/ separate kiddie area), an outdoor shower for rinsing off & a bathroom steps from the pool. Bring your favorite food and be sure to grill while at the pool, we have 2 gas grills and 2 large tables. Also, the entire complex is readily accessible for those in wheelchairs. Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes Labor Day Weekend.

Location extras:: The famous Wildwood boardwalk, w/ its incredible water parks, rides, shops, games, food & fun, is around a ½ mile north. Leave behind the hassle of the car & take the trolley that stops right in front of our building. The Crest’s bike path is steps away, great for biking or a stroll with the kids along the beach. You can bring your bikes with you (there’s room for them in the storage unit or the on-site bike racks) or there is a bike rental 2 blocks south of our condo. There is a wonderful children’s playground two blocks away. Enjoy recreational activities in picturesque Centennial Park which is directly across the street. Seasonal concerts throughout the summer and during special events are held there so enjoy the sights and sounds from your balcony, it’s free! There are frequent craft shows during the summer located 2 blocks south, do a little shopping! For a day trip, consider historic Cape May (15 minute drive), the casinos in Atlantic City (45 minute drive) or the Cape May County Zoo (15 minute drive).

Summer Break

Beautiful property and excellent location. We wee 2 families with teens, enough space for 8 of us. Condo had everything we needed. John is a great host, he responded to all our queries within minutes. We will be back next summer.

Very nice stay

My family had a great time staying here at the Crest. John was great to answer any questions we had. So close to Cape May and even Stone Harbor & Avalon. We would definitely stay here again.

The view

This was an amazing place with a perfect view of the water and everyday! The amenities for our children were very helpful and John was very responsive when we needed to reach him. This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Perfect Location!

Everything was as advertised - except better! A beautiful Condo, peaceful location, great views, and bonus to have beach chairs available for use. Layout of the condo is perfect for early risers (sunrise beach view from the balcony - living areas) and for the late sleepers (back part of condo). Don’t hesitate to book this location - it’s perfect!!

Great accommodation

This condo was perfect for our extended family including 3 children 6 and under. We loved the view and location. The 6-year-old had a great time with one of the boogie boards, and we gave her significant freedom because she was wearing the PFD that fit her perfectly.

Perfect Get-a-Way

We had a very relaxing time sitting on the balcony , enjoying the view of the park , beach, and ocean. Condo was clean and had everything you could need. Great location for biking access to the boardwalk. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Great location! Great place!

A great place to go for the weekend. We participated in the Crest Best Run Fest. It was such a great location for us because the start/finish was at the park in front of the house. The house is clean, well kept up, spacious, and we loved the balcony looking out over the park/ocean. Check in/out directions and information were clear and everything was communicated really well by the owner. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great visit! You have a beautiful rental!

Beautiful Home! Right on the beach. Walkable to everything.

We had a wonderful family week on the beach. The home is comfortable with plenty of space for the eight of us. Perfect table for family dinner. Excellent balcony from which to watch the waves. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large, clean and comfortable. Even our large vehicle fit in the parking space with another standard sized car. We will definitely return another summer. Thank you!

Amazing!

Location and set up were perfect. Everything felt clean and comfortable. I will bring my toddler next time. They have everyhting you need for a baby/tiddle (highchair, pack and play, space, and it's child friendly. We will definitely book again if we event go to Wildwood. The town is also a great location for families. The beach is right outside the apartment. The fair with all these rides is down the street. The boardwalk has endless stores to explore. Great mini vacation and so accessible from NY.

Amazing!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Palm Road! The owner was very responsive and booking was easy. When we arrived the place was clean and welcoming. Parking is covered for 2 vehicles and there is an elevator which made moving about with kids a breeze. All of the property details and instructions were provided well ahead of our stay and we’re all accurate and complete. The view is unbeatable. Amazing. We cannot wait to book our week for 2024! Thanks for having us at your beautiful home!

Amazing ocean view

Can’t say enough about this condo. Very large and comfortable with high ceilings. Spotless. Bedrooms are far from the kitchen/living room area so noise is not a problem for those who are sleeping. Pool was perfect for our 2 year old. Balcony faces the ocean. Only one block from the ocean but with an unobstructed view across a park. Parking very easy.

Couldn't be more beautiful and great location

This was our first trip to Wildwood Crest. We usually stay in Cape May but it is so pricey we decided to stay in the Crest. The location was perfect! Such a beautiful view, quiet and not far from either Wildwood or Cape May. The condo is so beautiful. All the comforts of home. We had 5 adults and we all had our privacy and the extra half bath was ideal. Couldn't ask for a better unit. The pool was wonderful too. Everything was so clean and modern and tastefully decorated. We just loved it! Thanks Margie!!!

Lovely condo with amazing view!!

From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we had picked the perfect place. It was very spacious and had all the comforts of home! The balcony was large and had the most amazing view of the lovely park and the beach and ocean beyond that. Saturday night there was a concert at the park and fireworks followed. We sat on the balcony and could hear the music perfectly. The fireworks display was amazing. I think we had the best seat in the house for both!! Thanks so much for allowing us to share your home!!

Can't pick your neighbors, but not the owners issue

Really should be able to vet outsiders that are not staying at the property. The behavior of one set of outsiders was something you had to see to believe. Almost called DHS. However everything else was better than photos

Wonderfull place to stay.

Second time at this condo and already making plans to come again next year. The weather didn't want to cooperate but can't complain at all about the location and condo. It is a beautiful full view of the ocean looking over a small well managed Centennial Park. This time we packed a lot less for staying there everything you needed was there from cooking in the condo to relaxing on the beach. During the whole process Margie was always easy to get ahold of for any question. Through the years we have stayed at over a half dozen different hotels in the area and I won’t do that again. I recommend this rental highly for anyone that wants to enjoy their vacation and not worry about it.

Great week in Wildwood 6-28-15

We have been vacationing in Wildwood for over 20 years. This year we decided to rent a condo instead of staying in a hotel. This condo was perfect. The location is so conveniently located to he beach and many restaurants that we could walk to. We loved having a washer and dryer and the kids were able to store their bicycles in the storage unit. It was also great having a dedicated parking spot and not having to drive around a hotel looking for an empty spot. The condo is very clean and has everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Another great feature is the condo is directly across from the park so we could enjoy the concerts held in the park twice a week from the deck. I would definitely have no reservations recommending this condo for your vacation in Wildwood.

The hot water / Ac system in the closet is very noisy. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable. No bathroom mats or hand towels available. No salt and pepper in the kitchen. Some of the bathroom holders broken. Condo is very close to beach. Great location. 4 adults and 3 kids can fit comfortably.

clean, roomy, updated and so relaxing

My wife and I stayed at the condo with our children and grandchildren. We were all delighted with the location, condition and roominess of the vacation home. Everything was in pristine order, updated and just so lovely and comfortable. Every convenience was available, from the ideal site, close enough to the boardwalk and adjacent venues, yet just far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. The beaches, are, of course, just awesome... so well maintained and the condo is just a short walk across Centennial Park to the sand. The children's playground, just a block away, and the proximity to Cape May were also a welcome convenience. The pool area is also very well maintained, and security in and around the building is reassuring, especially with the little ones aboard. My son in law is already talking about a return trip. Owner is a joy to speak with and the view from the balcony, as well as the condition of the condo, more pleasant than the promotional site can relate.

Spotlessly clean with gorgeous views

What a beautiful condo. I usually do not stay in condos because they lack character but not this one. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a huge open concept kitchen dining and living area. It all looks over that spectacular ocean front with nothing between but beautiful centennial park. Lucky for the next tenants for they get the best seat in the house on the balcony for the concert over Memorial Day weekend. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishes utensils and new cookware. What a pleasure. The condo is spotless. Like I told the owner Margie she is lucky to have such a diligent cleaning crew. You do need to bring your own towels and sheets for the beds. Some people won’t mind this but some may not want the burden of slepping these extras. Margie was simply wonderful to work with. She has the procedures down pat and will help you navigate homeaway. Refund was requested the very day we left. So all is well on that front. Condo is in quiet and clean area. We walked the shore to the amusement park and beyond. The teens in our group especially enjoyed the long two mile boardwalk. There were some good bargains on tees sweatshirts and dresses. Do take your pictures on the painted beach balls at the wildwoods sign. It’s a tradition! All in all a 5 star experience at this rental.

Sweet condo overlooks ocean

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I was there with my husband and four teen-age girls and it provided the room we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony and it was a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect for us!
