Es waren wunderschöne Tage hier. Wir hatten noch nie eine Fewo mit so einer perfekten Strandlage, der Blick aus dem Fenster auf das Meer wunderbar. Das Rauschen des Meeres, der lange Strand, perfekt auch fĂŒr HundespaziergĂ€nge, nahe der Altstadt, perfekt. Wir können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Logement un peu dĂ©fraĂźchi et vieillot mais largement compensĂ© par sa situation Ă  une dizaine de minutes Ă  pied d'intra-muros et de la gare, et situĂ© en bord de mer, pour ne pas dire sur la plage. Il est reposant d'observer la mer selon les marĂ©es et la luminositĂ© et d'entendre les vagues mourir au bas de votre fenĂȘtre Ă  marĂ©e haute. L'omniprĂ©sence du lambris associĂ©e Ă  l'air marin donnent cette lĂ©gĂšre odeur un peu surprenante au dĂ©but et assombrit un peu le logement, on aime ou on n'aime pas, personnellement je trouve que cela lui confĂšre un certain cachet. Cuisine et WC un peu exigus mais tout l'essentiel y est pour passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Les pieds dans l'eau !

Ancien logement duplex, trÚs bien situé. Il n'y a qu'a descendre et on se retrouve sur la plage! Le logement est un peu vieillot (couette usée mais chaude, ancien meuble,présence de tapisserie "tissu" à l'étage....c'est vieillot mais propre)mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour y vivre. La boulangerie est à 5 minutes. Possibilité de préparer un repas ou de se faire livrer...nous y retournerons certainement,tout simplement ,nous ne sommes pas exigeants.

Pour vivre au rythme de la mer...

L'atout de cet appartement est bien Ă©videmment son emplacement exceptionnel (seul bĂątiment sur 3km de plage Ă  se situer directement sur la plage et pas derriĂšre une route ou une promenade : la mer arrive au pied de l'immeuble Ă  marĂ©e haute, personne ne passe devant vos fenĂȘtres, aucune nuisance !). Le tarif n'est pas donnĂ© et on pourrait donc souhaiter que le logement soit irrĂ©prochable, mais on paye avant tout l'emplacement. Un petit rafraichissement serait le bienvenu mais rien de rĂ©dhibitoire

Charmantes Apartment direkt am Meer

Die Unterkunft macht durch den offenen und hohen Raum mit seiner HolzvertĂ€felung einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sowohl bei Ebbe als auch bei Flut spektakulĂ€r, auch im oberen Geschoss hat man einen wunderschönen Blick. Die Ausstattung von KĂŒche und Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die KĂŒche ist sehr eng. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig, vielleicht war die Wohnung zuvor nicht belegt.

Les - : lit de l'etage trĂšs mou et incofortable. Et ODEUR INSUPPORTABLE DE MOISISSURE. DĂ©conseillĂ© aux allergiques asthmatiques etc.. mĂȘme avec le chauffage Ă  fond. C'est dĂ» Ă  la situation de l'appartement. Cela devrait se resoudre avec l'achat d'un GROS humidificateur Ă©lectrique. Allez vĂ©rifier

Belle vue sur la mer et bien situé

Appartement bien situĂ©, face Ă  la plage du Sillon, belle vue sur la mer. Il est possible de garer sa voiture non loin de lĂ , dans la rue, des places se trouvant assez facilement (louer dĂ©but septembre donc en dĂ©but de basse saison). Je pense qu'en haute saison cela doit ĂȘtre moins facile. Sinon la citĂ© corsaire (intra muros) , commoditĂ©s (restaurants, magasins..) sont accessibles Ă  pied.

Vista magica sul mare

Esperienza bellissima ... Il mare che modifica continuamente il paesaggio con le sue piccole maree .. Vista da favola dalla finestra dell'appartamento. Tramonti rosa e spiagge immense.
