Double room B 11:
Our double rooms can accommodate 2 guests and one child up to 3 years in travel cot. The room has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a wardrobe, a sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, towel warmer, hair dryer, vanity mirror and toilet. The rooms are not cleaned daily, but only after departure! On arrival, fresh towels are ready and the beds are already made with linen. A travel cot can be provided if required. Please specify this when booking.   A free Wi-Fi can be used by our guests!

Welcome to the Appartementhaus Sellin!   Our villa was built in 1902 in the most beautiful resort architecture and welcomes you in a prime location. It is - built in Art Nouveau, one of the most beautiful houses in Sellin's main promenade, the Wilhelmstraße, which feeds directly to the sandy, kilometer-long beach on the famous Sellin pier. Here you can enjoy the charm of the golden twenties in your Rügen holiday. To the beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea is only about 300 m. The seaside resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. In the vicinity there are numerous cycling and hiking trails.   The village center of the seaside resort can be reached in about 100 m and the small train station for the "racing Roland" after about 800 meters away. In the center of various shops, shops, many restaurants invite you to linger.   All apartments (max 1 to 4 guests) have internet access and are individually and comfortably furnished with a heart. The single and double rooms in the front building of this historic villa partly have a balcony with a wonderful view of the Wilhelmstraße. The other apartments are quiet in the annex to the rear. Further details about the apartments can be found in the detailed description of the offered units. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds already with sheets. The apartments are not cleaned daily, but only after departure! A travel cot can be provided if required. Parking is limited in the season, the bus stop for public transport is only about 500 meters. ATTENTION: After a booking regarding the arrival times please call the house Sellin and not the agent!

Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Es war nicht ganz so, wie im Inserat. Es gab nur eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die auch recht klein war. Für 2 Personen war das Zimmer recht klein. Mir ist ein Maleur passiert, wo die Gastgeber nett und zuvorkommend reagiert haben. Auf dem Bild sind Nachtschränkchen zu sehen, wir hatten nur einen kleinen Tisch . Keine Möglichkeit alles zu verstauen, was man in 2 Wochen so braucht.

Never again !!! Das ist keine Ferienwohnung. Das ist Bed & Breakfast ohne Breakfast!Als offenbar Privelegierte hatten wir zumindest ein Badezimmer / WC - Andere hatten dies nicht! (Gemeinschaftsduschen und - WC)!Es gibt keine Küche ( Fewo?), keine Zubereitungsmöglichkeit bzw nur eine versiffte Gemeinschaftsküche für das gesamte Haus, nicht nutzbar; ebenso wie die angeblichen grosszügigen Gemeinschaftsräume. Kein Frühstücksangebot und keine Zubereitungsmöglichkeit; minimierte Möblierung besteht aus Schreibtisch ( wozu?), 2 kleinen Korbsesseln , kein Tisch, 1 Bett, 2 Nachttischchen und 1 Schrank; keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Haken (auch im Bad nicht) keine Garderobenleiste. Das beste: der Fahrradkeller. Kurz: das Haus lebt von der äusseren Bäderarchitektur und von unbedarften Kunden, die nicht zurückkommen wollen (gem. unserer kurzen Umfrage); ganz kurz: never again! - für uns ein Horrorhaus und Fehlbuchung zum überteuerten Preis.

Ja für die kurze dauer war in Ordnung.Was mich gestört hat es war sehr laut .Morgens um 4 Uhr Lieferung Mit der Straße das sieht ja schön aus aber zu laut wegen dem hohen Autoverkehr.
