Schöne und saubere Unterkunft

Wirklich nette und saubere Fewo. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt zwei große Gärten zur Benutzung. Ideal mit kleinen Kindern. Die Ferien Wohnung liegt in dem wirklich idyllischen Ort Polchow, von dem man gut die tollen Strände an der Schabe und den Jasmunder Nationalpark erreichen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Punktabzug gibt es für das Fischrestaurant direkt gegenüber, bei ungünstiger Windrichtung ist es kein Vergnügen abends im Garten zu sitzen, Des weiteren sind für die Waschmaschine Benutzung 3,50 Euro fällig, Waschmittel war leider keins vorhanden.

Idyllisch und ruhig in Boddennähe, unweit der Ostsee

Waren zu viert da, 2 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder. Haus, Ausstattung, Lage und Erholungswert alles gut. Im ruhigen Polchow gelegen ist man etwas abseits des Trubels und kann schön spazieren, im Garten relaxen oder mit dem SUP auf den Bodden gehen. Nur 5km bis zum nächsten tauglichen Ostseestrand, ob mit PKW oder Fahrrad, geht bestens. Ausstattung ist super, Küche mit Geräten, Betten, TV, Internet, alles gut. Die Waschmaschine ist allerdings extern und kostet extra, sollte man wissen. Ein selbstfahrender Rasenmäher im Garten ist bestimmt nützlich, aber manchmal nervig, wenn man da spielen oder liegen will. Aber auch das geht sich alles aus. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war 1a und er hat schnell und freundlich auf alles reagiert. Zugehörig ist auch ein größerer Gemeinschafts-Garten zum Spielen, Grillen, Feuer machen und Relaxen mit Blick auf Bodden und untergehende Sonne. Direkt neben dem Grundstück ist ein mittelmässiges Fischrestaurant, dessen Küche zum eigenen Garten geht, riecht ab un zu etwas frittig, was auf das Relaxen auf der Terasse schon etwas unangenehm wirken kann. Aber dafür kann ja das Ferienobjekt nix ;) Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super, Haus und Lage bestens und Erholungswert sehr gut gegeben.
