No screens in windows or doowall. Beware many stairs and long way from parking. Hard to find due to no signage. Vacant missing in action.

Lack Luster

1st thing is good luck finding the apartment you are going to stay at in the Tree Tops. A map of the complex added to the welcome package would be very useful. Now on to the house. Not sure who painted the walls, but it was probably a team of children and folks that are declared legally blind. The bed rooms had no blinds, only sheer curtains. At night, with a light on in the room gave you zero privacy from anyone in the parking lot. Finally, the thermostat was locked at 72 degrees. This made for some very uncomfortable evenings, especially with a few 80 degree days with added humidity. Tad bit to muggy for me in a space that is environmentally controlled.

Nice condo

First and foremost this property is difficult to locate as the numbers are not seen from the road. Climbing flights of stairs with luggage is quite cumbersome as the elevator is not convenient. This was all left behind once we entered the condo. The condo was clean and inviting. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It has a nice beach vibe. There are no blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows. The outside lights were not working on our side of the building and I missed a step for a fall. I will be looking for a place without so many steps. At 65y/o I want a useable elevator.
