Welcome to Milton Manor! Nestled in the heart of Callicoon Center, this charming cottage will suit those looking for a chic escape to one of the lesser-known corners of the county. Explore trout fishing, hiking, biking, a local lake or take the littlest family members to the nearby play area and park all just steps away. For those of you who like to ski, the house is only 33 miles from Ski Big Bear, Masthope Mountain, which is a great local family resort with 18 trails, 7 lifts and 3 Magic Carpet lifts.

A powder room and laundry facilities are at the rear of the kitchen, alongside garden access.

Also on this level is the beautiful bathroom, fully updated with a deep soaking tub and invigorating shower.

The upper level holds two generous sized bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed and a handy dedicated workspace. The second holds a king size bed and room for a crib.

Outside, spend long summer nights listening to the babbling brook at the bottom of the garden or have laid back meals at the picnic table with friends.

Milton Manor is an easy drive to Roscoe, Livingston Manor and Jeffersonville, all towns with fun shopping and great food! Simply Perfect!!!!

Everything about the cottage and property management was wonderful! The amenities, cleanliness, and provisions provided were amazing! The beautiful kitchen provided absolutely everything needed to prepare gourmet feasts, even the pantry was stocked with every spice, condiments, cooking oil, coffee and the host provided a welcome basket that rivaled any five star hotel! Communication with the property manager was timely and they were a joy to deal with. Highly recommend this property!!!!
