The breakfast is served in the breakfast room - here the coffee maker and the fridge can also be used by guests.
Our house is located in a quiet, sophisticated residential area with proximity to the egapark, the fair and old town. The apartment (46m²) has living room and bedroom, shower and toilet, a conditional extended occupancy is possible. The spacious double rooms include shower rooms and separate toilets. In the breakfast room coffee maker and fridge are available. Bicycles can be parked safely in the yard.
