We're so glad the view, cleanliness, and beach gear made a great impression! We do want to note that the lanai maintenance and building updates are disclosed in our property description, and we always encourage guests to review those details before booking so there are no surprises. As for salt, pepper, and cooking oils, we made the decision to remove those items for sanitary reasons. We appreciate the feedback and hope you'll consider staying with us again. Mahalo!

Thank you for your review and feedback. We understand that parking costs can be a concern, and it's unfortunate that the Ilikai Marina parking structure does not offer a discounted rate for long-term renters. We appreciate your feedback about the comfort of the couch and we will take that into consideration. Your input is valuable, and we hope that despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your stay in December. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!
