This remodeled authentic mid century modern pool home is right in the heart of the trendy and highly sought after historic district, right off royal palm lined McGregor. Walking distance to the Caloosahatchee River. Downtown Fort Myers is a gem and is right up McGregor within biking/golf cart distance. 1 mile from the Edison & Ford Winter Estates. 5 blocks from Fort Myers Country Club. Convenient access world renowned beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. The shopping scene is highly desired.

Please note that for security purposes, cameras are installed in 5 exterior locations. One covers the west side of the home, one covers the east side of the home to the front of the fence, one covers the front door, one covers the circular drive and one covers the pool area. When guests are present, the pool device is disabled.

Easter vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and getting the pool heated was just a simple request. The kitchen was stocked with most of the things we need for our stay.

My husband and I poured our heart and soul into remodeling this home. We knew this was the home we wanted to spend our retirement years in when we reach them. Until then, we are sharing the home with others to enjoy.

We chose this home because of its historical significance and prime location. The home was the second built on the street, built by the local doctor in 1952.
