On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area, from here you reach the south-facing terrace. Here it can be great relax and barbecue. The living room is equipped with a cozy Schalfcouch, a stove and TV. In the open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge / freezer and microwave everything is there for a relaxing holiday is necessary. Furthermore, in the EC the guest toilet and a storeroom. On the upper floor there are both bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), and the bathroom with shower and toilet. For our younger guests a travel cot and high chair are available.

Holiday in peace, not far from the Baltic Sea beach in a beautiful holiday home for max. 7 or 14 people. Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located on a 650 sqm large, separate recreational property in the village and forest edge location in the Baltic Sea Karl Hagen. The object is reset and edged with mature trees. The house consists of two separate or shared semi-detached houses with a size of 62sqm each. The apartments are lovingly furnished. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed or 2 single beds. The terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe. Have breakfast in the sunshine and let your kids frolic. The living room is located on the ground floor. Here you will also find a modern kitchenette, fully furnished with everything you need for your vacation. The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. In the EC there is also a guest toilet. If you want to travel with more people, so there is also the possibility to convert the cozy couch in the living room to a double bed. We also have a high chair and a cot for free for our younger guests. Bed linen can be brought or you can use the service on site and book linen and towels.   The two comfortable apartments are located in a holiday home on a 650 square meter, separate recreational property in Orts- and Waldrandlage. To the Baltic Sea it is about the regular way about 1.6 km (the shortest way to the beach through the forest) and about 2.4 km (to the beach on the beach promenade). The apartments are equipped with living / dining room ( Upholstered furniture incl. Sofa bed, dining table, LCD TV, hi fi, woodburning stove), open kitchenette (complete with dishwasher, electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster), 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 x double bed and LCD TV / DVD, 1 x 2 beds, cot for delivery) DU / WC upstairs, guest toilet in the EC, central heating. For each apartment are furnished terrace, lockable bicycle storage, highchair, barbecue and 2 parking spaces.   In addition, a small sauna house can be used on the property for a fee locally. in the total price incl.: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning *. To be paid on site: tourist tax. Bed linen / towels can be brought or rented optionally (12 EUR / package). Smoking is only permitted outside. Pets: In this object, the traveling of a small dog up to a Rist height of 40 cm is allowed (6 EUR / night). The pets must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Please note: The property is not fenced Should it be a bit cooler on the sun-drenched island of Usedom, there is a stove available. A special highlight is the sauna directly on the property.   On the island of Usedom they have a well-developed network of bicycle paths available, which is constantly expanding. Explore the beauties of the island with your own bike or use the various bike rentals. Our guests can use a bicycle shed (up to 4 bicycles) as garaging. Here you will also find the patio furniture and the barbecue.  

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
