Club Paradise Beach Condo-Top Floor, Ocean View, King Bed, Pet Friendly

Enjoy the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony or even better walk across the street and stroll along the seawall. This newly renovated 1 bedroom condo sleeps 5 with a king size bed, twin across from the master bedroom and pullout queen sofa.

The living room has a brand new sofa with a queen pullout bed and 50" Fire TV.

The Master bedroom boasts a new king size bed and TV with Fire TV.

The Maravilla has 3 pools plus a hot tub that you can enjoy. Plus it also has a fitness facility. A laundry room is available as well.

The Maravilla is a pet friendly complex. Limit for this condo is 2 dogs at less then 20 lbs. Just add pet to your reservation and a small fee will be added that applies to your entire stay. You can send me a message regarding dogs larger than 20 lbs for approval before you stay.

Covered parking as well as additional parking is available. Parking is $10 per day per vehicle and must be purchased at the Maravilla office when you arrive. This amount can be paid online as well prior to your stay (details will be sent prior to your arrival).

Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Within 5 minutes walking distance is Jimmy's on the Pier Restaurant, go karts, and mini golf.

The elevator didnt work; rather trashy environment; the front entrance to the property looked a bit war ravaged. The beach was inundated with stinky seaweed everywhere

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the elevator, we understand this was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, occasional mechanical issues can arise. As for the appearance of the front entrance, the building is currently undergoing improvements and renovations to enhance the property for all owners and guests. Being directly on the Gulf, seaweed conditions on the beach can vary throughout the year and are determined by natural environmental factors that are outside of our control. The beach conditions during your stay were consistent with seasonal conditions in the area. We would like to note that the condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully functional during your stay, and no issues with the unit were reported to us. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Overall my stay was amazing!! I loved how close it was to the seawall and the space was perfect. There were a few minor things about the property that could be improved (a dustpan for the broom, unclog the bathroom sink, add a light to balcony), but nothing that made the spot a difficult one to enjoy!

Perfect little get away

The condo is a perfect spot for a little get away and has everything you can possibly need, the beach is within walking distance, the fishing pier is 3-4 min away, pleasure pier is also not too far, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to return
