Large wrap around balcony has a pellet grill for cooking out. Very close to Tanglewood Resort and Golf Club, with restaurants, bars, and other amenities. Highport Marina is very near providing boat ramps and docks and boat rentals. Choctaw casino is 19 miles away. Plano/Frisco an hour south.
