Beaumont Vista is located in the residential hills above downtown Vista, CA. This home away from home is unassuming and welcoming with a large driveway. Walk in the front door to a light, bright and open main floor. Lounge on the large couch in the living room. Get excited for meals and games on the wooden dining table for 6 (8 with the bench) in the dining area. And see right into the kitchen with a brand new Cosmo professional style gas stove/electric oven with space suitable for a few cooks! There are so many places to lounge: try the sofa in the covered patio off of the kitchen, the lounge chairs by the pool or take your morning coffee to the cafe table in the gazebo!

Security Cameras: We have a ring doorbell camera that stays on all of the time. There are two outdoor cameras in the property directed at the gates to the backyard. You can request these two to be turned off during your stay.

Now, let's take a walk through the space....

From the front door, you can see all the way out the the covered patio off of the kitchen where you can lounge in the mornings with your coffee.

Take the hallway to the left of the living room to visit the 3 bedrooms. First stop, the bunk room! This room features 4 twin beds in bunk style. This room has storage cubes in the closet for all of your belongings. Read the kids a bedtime story and say good night... Plug-in night light and sound machine are already here at the house. This room also features an enclosed ceiling fan to protect little fingers and room darkening shades. You will find a pack and play and a high chair!

Next stop is the guest bedroom featuring a brand new firm king mattress. Shutters open to let the light in and close tightly to reduce light at night. Night tables, bedside lamps and easily accessible plugs make your stay comfortable. This comfy room has a closet with storage cubes for your belongings.

Guest bathroom has a full tub and shower next to the guest bedroom.

Final stop in the hallway is the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. This room is spacious and can easily host a pack and play with room to spare. Enjoy your slumber in the brand new medium firm king bed. Each nightstand has a lamp with plug to charge electronics. This room has a cozy chair and dresser for your items. This room also has an extra large closet for storing your suitcases and any additional items you may have. The window has privacy shades as well as room darkening curtains.

The ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity, large mirror and extra lighting which will be a convenient place to get ready. The bathroom and spacious walk in shower with pleasing gentle water pressure are separated by a door.

Come back to the living room space and head down the stairs (baby gate on site if needed) to the additional bathroom and large bonus room! The bonus room can be closed off to separate the fun activities from the rest of the house. Check out the books and games on the shelf; play a game of pool or check out the arcade console! Or, you can sit back in the comfy couch with two seats that power recline in front of the 55" TV with Roku connected.

While downstairs, walk out the french doors to see the charming salt water pool with waterfall and the 4 person hot tub. You will see a variety of places to chill.. take a seat in the gazebo to the right; lounge in a chaise by the pool or head on down to the artificial turf to throw the ball around! You won't be able to decide which cool spot to chill! Explore the grounds and pick some lemons for your drink, a grapefruit for breakfast and more!

Inside the house on the main level, there is also a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, emergency kit and additional supplies. Please no kids in the laundry room due to the cleaning supplies.

For parents (especially with little ones): While we welcome kids of all ages to our space, there are somethings to note.
~Most of the floors are tile. (Great for spills but could cause an extra bump/bruise for a little one who is newer to walking!)
~Kids are not allowed in the laundry room as that is where we store cleaning supplies, tools, extra batteries, etc.
~There are stairs from the main floor to the bottom floor. Child safety gate is installed and available but please still use caution that your kiddo doesn't attempt to climb under or over the gates. Children must not be left unattended with or without the gate.
~In the backyard, the area beyond the grass/turf is a little wild and unstable. Do not allow kids to go beyond that area unsupervised.
~The POOL. This one is a big danger zone as you know. Obviously there is no lifeguard on duty. It is your job to make sure your child is supervised anytime while outside. It is very easy for a child to fall in or wander in to the pool. Please use extreme caution to ensure that doors are closed and locked while you are inside. While swimming, we recommend having a designated adult as the "lifeguard" at all times. That means, the adult does not engage in conversation or leave the pool area. They are watching the pool at all times. Switch adults every 30 minutes. Please use extreme caution even if your children know how to swim. No diving at anytime.
