Schöne FeWo in Petersdorf

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Auf dem Balkon hat man eine gute Aussicht über die Landschaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohlgefühlt und die Tage dort genossen.

Aufgrund der Corona Pandemie nur ein kurzer Kontakt zum Vermieter, dieser war aber sehr nett.

Der Teppich und das Sofa müsste mal erneuert werden, sonst gibt es aber wenig bis nichts zu bemängeln.

1-wöchiger Fehmarnurlaub von Petersdorf aus

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt zufriedenstellend bis gut. Für einen 1-wöchigen Zeitraum findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung könnte allerdings an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung erfahren: Das Bad, insbesondere die Duschkabine, ist mehr up to date, da gibt es Ecken, die nur durch Austausch noch richtig sauber werden, was nicht sehr einladend wirkt. Die Küchenzeile ist ebenfalls älter und hier wäre ein leiserer, energieeffizienterer Kühlschrank angebracht. Die Sauberkeit der Dunstabzugshaube und der Herdplattenabdeckungen ließ außerdem etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Teppiche im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer könnten ebenfalls von Flecken befreit oder ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt eine bodenständige Einrichtung, was anlässlich des Preises und der Nutzung durch Haustiere auch in Ordnung ist. Aber es gibt sicherlich noch Verbesserungspotential. Auch ist das Haus recht hellhörig und da 4 Wohnungen darin untergebracht sind, manchmal etwas störend. Die Lage der Wohnung innerhalb Petersdorfs ist praktisch, da recht nah an allen wichtigen Punkten wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Hauptstraße. Wenn man allerdings in viele unterschiedliche Ecken der Insel möchte, muss man längere Fahrtzeiten in Kauf nehmen, da Petersdorf sehr westlich liegt. Falls man aber nur spontan buchen möchte und die Lage in seine Reise miteinplant, ist die Ferne zu den Touristenschwerpunkten aber auch ein Vorteil, da es woanders in den Ferien schnell zu voll wird.
