This beautiful home is in the middle of all the action of Central Florida! When you’re had your fill of fun in the sun in the west facing pool or enjoying the sunset from the screened in lanai; head out for entertainment, dining and shopping with Disney Resorts and Sunset Walk District less than 10 miles away. Our home has a huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances; it will be the center point of entertaining. This home offers everything you've been dreaming of to live the Florida lifestyle.

Our home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a formal and casual living room, 2 dining areas, a large pool with games, hot tub and much more. The lights inside the pool are temporarily unavailable.

Neighborhood overview

Our home is located in The Villages of Legacy Park on a corner lot. There are a lot of local amenities in the surrounding area including great burgers at Adlers and local drinks at 1845 Taphouse. Northeast Regional Park is just down the road and offers so much to do.

The driveway is large enough for 3 - 4 cars. Parking is not allowed on the street.
It is very easy to drive around here and there are also local buses and taxis available. Uber and Lyft are also an option.

Great family vacation.

Great property with nice heated pool and spa. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and Disney. House does need a little TLC but is comfortable. Great outdoor area.

Winter getaway

We had a two week stay at the house and it was lovely. There was so much room with everything we needed. It was perfect for my husband, myself, my daughter, son in law and their two kids and our little dog. The kids loved the heated pool. It also wasn’t to far to Disney. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and the neighbors were very friendly. Noella was responsive to questions we had. Overall it was a great place to stay.
