Sweet Sunshine Retreat near Disney. 4 king beds. Free heated pool.

Pool home in Davenport with no rear neighbors!
Four bedrooms on the ground floor, Two masters en-suite, one of which is ADA approved. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large loft area. Impressive two-story house with dining room, family room, and spacious kitchen with separate laundry room. Upgrades include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and porcelain tile flooring. Simply a marvelous location.

First floor:
3 king beds. 2 master bedrooms, 3rd king is connected to Jack and Jill bathroom on the first floor. 4th bedroom with one full bed and a wardrobe.

Second floor:
one queen bed connected to the jack and jill bathroom,
kids two twin beds bedroom.
also has a family room with smaller size 55” pool table, TV and sofa.

every bedroom, living and family rooms have at least 2 usb ports.

5 TVs.
one in each king room. 1 in living room, 1 in family room.

fully remodeled house with all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, appliances, kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, everything.

we provide towels, pool towels, coffee ( Keurig cups and ground coffee for coffee maker) , tea, sugar, 4 washer pads, dishwasher soap, sponge, 4 laundry pads for every stay.
also hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap in every bathroom.
hand soap and non bleach cleaner provided in the kitchen.

One of the master bedrooms had ADA compliant bathroom that has access to the pool. the ramp is in the garage available per request.

Internet was great. Pool/Spa were wonderful! Host was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. THE most clean and inviting place I have ever stayed in for sure. This was tops on my list. Easy check in process/check out process. Excellent communication. Very spacious and loved the little extras that were included...laundry pods, coffee/coffee pods, paper towels etc. Made for a delightful stay for sure. We left a few things behind for others (as I know they did for us as well). Would absolutely stay again if invited back. Nadia was awesome!

Our family stayed here for our Disney vacation! The house was very clean and had so many great amenities! The host had great communication and always responded very quickly with any questions we had. Close to Lakeland. We had all our events in Lakeland. Traffic not so good, but we are accustomed to traffic in Atlanta. Awesome weather. The subdivision was a bit congested with limited parking.

Very accommodating and clean. The kids loved the pool and the pool table upstairs. We enjoyed all the amenities including the washer and dryer, pool, spacious bedrooms, and location to DisneyWorld. Thanks for accommodating such a great stay.

Our week at this property was just amazing. The home is clean, spacious and has all the amenities as advertised. This was a perfect home base for our vacation which involved visits to Disney, Legoland and Tampa. Our hosts were excellent communicators and ensured that our stay was just right. A GREAT location stay!

We were very HAPPY with our decision to rent this beautiful house. The pictures on the site were very accurate. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Wonderful Disney Rental

The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The ADA accessible shower worked terrifically for a handicapped member of our party and the hosts offered small ramps that worked perfectly to get into the home and to the lanai. Our hosts were welcoming and made the the process easy. We would love to stay here again.

The property is as shown and described. Nadia was the best host and very quick to reply to messages and was very attentive to make sure that everything was perfect. I loved the little items to help with arriving and potential hungriness (e.g. ramen noodles and pop tarts). My teenage daughter appreciated that!!!

We had a great time! 10 days vacation The house is just like advertised. Clean and lots of bedrooms. The house was so perfect. Way more space than I thought my family of 6 would have and good privacy for the master bedroom. Amazing pool and hot tub. Beds super comfy. Wonderful Host

Had a wonderful stay here with my family of 7. Everyone had their own space so we never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, especially with my 2 year old grandson. The Beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus for us and the location was great. With all that being said I have to say Nadia was an amazing host always available and offering to go above and beyond. Nadia and Sergio was perfect hosts. The house we rented was clean and had everything we wanted.

The home we rented was beautiful and very well kept. The pool and hot tub was a great getaway from all the hustle and bustle and very relaxing. We enjoyed all the master bedrooms since we had only 6 adults but upstairs would be perfect for children to enjoy. Have to admit we did go up and play on the pool table. This home is roomy enough to enjoy with a family but you also have rooms to get away for time for yourself. I would stay there again. And the price range was perfect! Thank You again

Great stay!

The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had upgraded appliances and was stocked with basic necessities for cooking simple meals. Washer and dryer was put to good use! They even supplied tide pods for us. The pool and jacuzzi was nice and warm, our kids had a blast. There is an alarm on all 3 doors that lead to the pool for safety, it took us about a day to finally remember to push the button before opening the door to prevent the alarm from going off. Our family had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

Beautiful and Immaculate Home Away from Home

I would highly recommend this beautiful and cozy home for your vacation needs. This property was beyond immaculate and listed exactly as described. It was well stocked with all needed essentials such as kitchen utensils, dishes, bathroom supplies, towels and so much more. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting areas for a large family. All appliances and furniture were updated and modern. The enclosed pool and hot tub were a great added bonus. Nadia was a wonderful host and made sure to check in on us during our stay. The check in and check out process with no person-to-person contact was extremely simple. I would definitely stay at this home again and again.
