Searching for a sunny, peaceful, relaxing and tropical home away from home for your family getaway, you have found it!

The Hibiscus Villa is single level 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on a South Facing corner lot. It has a lovely open concept living, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas complete with a game room, a private south facing pool w/ spa, screened in patio, BBQ grill, and more!

Step through the front door and you're greeted by the open concept formal dining table with seating for 6 and front living room with generous seating to sit back and relax.

Walk a bit further and you've arrived in the wonderful open concept kitchen, dining, and back living room space complete with views of the private patio and pool. The living room provides ample seating for all to gather and comfortably watch a film, or chat while the dining table seats 4.

The kitchen boasts abundant cabinet storage and is generously stocked with all pots, pans, and more to create a meal just like at home. The back living/dining/kitchen space is the perfect backdrop for everyone to congregate together, whether it's whipping up a delicious meal, watching a movie, or simply sitting around and reminiscing about the daily going ons, the options are endless and can all be spent together within the inviting space.

Slide the patio door open and you've entered the large private screened in sunny *South Facing* patio (with neighbors only on one side). Complete with an overhang (for enjoyment whether rain or shine!), a curved south facing pool & spa, many seating and dining options to chose from, a BBQ grill & more! This is the perfect back drop for hours of endless fun in the sun! Whether its splashing around in the pool, grilling a delicious meal or sunbathing- it can all happen here!

There is a laundry nook featuring a washer and dryer for your convenience and use. We also provide colored pool towels.

BEDROOM BREAKDOWN: *single level home, so all on first level*

-Master King suite featuring beautiful vaulted ceilings, a spacious full en-suite bathroom, private patio access via sliding doors. The large n-suite bathroom is complete with a double vanity, a garden tub & separate shower along with private toilet quarters.

-Queen bedroom with attached full bathroom featuring a shower

-2 twin bed suite shares jack & jill bathroom

-2 twin bed quite share jack & jill bathroom

All 4 suites are equipped with a TV, wall art, a nightstand, bedside lamp, bed linens, pillows, blinds, hangers, & extra pillow and blanket in closet.

All bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 garbage bag, 1 hair dryer, and a few mini toiletries.

We provide you with a starter kit of cleaning supplies only meant to get you through the first day. Once you've run out, you're responsible for restocking these items for your stay. The starter kit includes:

-1 garbage bag in kitchen bin plus 1 extra
-1 paper towel roll
-1 mini dish soap and sponge
-1 dishwashing pod
-1 mini box laundry soap

If you want the pool & spa heated, it is additional $40 a night w/ a 3 consecutive day minimum.

If you plan to use the BBQ Grill:

There is a one time non refundable fee of $50 plus tax (13.5%) to rent the BBQ Grill & bring your own propane tank or $80 to rent the BBQ grill with 1 full propane tank provided

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. We do require a signed rental agreement & copy of photo ID.
