Dear Angi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the jacuzzi, unfortunately, the heater developed a fault and was not working for a few days during your stay. Although the issue only affected part of your holiday, we arranged a full refund of the pool and spa heating charge, rather than a partial refund, as a gesture of goodwill. Following your feedback, we carried out a thorough investigation into the cleanliness concerns. We would also like to clarify that the stains you described as blood were investigated and found not to be blood. All the maintenance and cleanliness issues raised have since been addressed and rectified with our local management and cleaning teams. We take guest feedback seriously and continually work to maintain and improve our property. While we regret that your experience was disappointing, we hope our prompt response, full heating refund and subsequent corrective actions demonstrate our commitment to our guests. Kind regards, Nick Property Owner

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, the spacious layout, the pool, spa and games room, and that our communication and check-in process met your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the self-catering supplies and the property’s condition. We have since carried out additional maintenance and deep cleaning, and we continue to invest in improving the home between guest stays. We also provide a starter supply of essentials, with guests purchasing additional items for longer stays, as is standard for most self-catering holiday homes. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit to the Orlando area.

Dear LaFaye, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that pool and spa heating is an optional service, with the additional charge explained in our property information. This is common practice for holiday villas in Florida, allowing guests who do not require heating to avoid the extra cost. Regarding the Wi-Fi, unfortunately, there was an unexpected technical issue during your stay. As we are based overseas, we rely on our local property management team and technicians to attend to such problems. We apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved. Our swimming pool requires regular professional cleaning to maintain hygiene and water quality, particularly during the summer months. We apologise if the pool maintenance visit caused any inconvenience or if you were not given sufficient notice. We also take your comments about cleanliness seriously and have raised these concerns with our local cleaning and management teams. We always aim to respond to guest enquiries as promptly as possible, although time differences can occasionally affect response times. Our local management team is available to assist guests directly when necessary. We regret that your experience was disappointing and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our property and services. Kind regards, Nick Property Owner

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Since your visit, I have personally inspected the property and addressed the issues you reported. The BBQ has been replaced with a new one, the kitchen kickboard has been properly repaired, and the property has received additional maintenance. We have also carried out pest treatment as a precaution. We take guest feedback seriously and continually invest in maintaining and improving the home. We appreciate your comments, as they help us keep the property to a high standard for future guests.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 10/10 review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our villa, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It’s also lovely to know that you appreciated our communication and responsiveness throughout your stay. We always do our best to make our guests feel welcome and ensure they have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Florida again in the future! Kind regards, Nick Property Owner

Thank you very much for your lovely review and 8/10 rating! We’re pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay, particularly the spacious accommodation, swimming pool, hot tub and games room. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. We’re sorry about the condition of the barbecue and the other maintenance issues you mentioned. We have shared these concerns with our local management team. Regarding the barbecue, this is provided as an additional convenience for guests rather than an advertised amenity, and its condition can depend on how previous guests have left it. However, we appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve this. Laundry detergent is not included in our self-catering accommodation, although we understand your point regarding the checkout instructions. Thank you again for choosing our villa for your family gathering. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Florida in the future! Kind regards, Nick Property Owner

Thank you for your review and for your balanced feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found the villa well maintained, enjoyed the pool and spa, and appreciated our responsive communication and convenient location for visiting Disney and Universal. We also appreciate your comments regarding the carpets. Since your stay, we have continued carrying out maintenance and refurbishment to keep the property in excellent condition for future guests. We’re sorry about the neighbouring property’s smoking. As this is outside our property and beyond our control, we understand how it could have affected your experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back on a future visit to Orlando.

Thank you very much for your lovely review and 8/10 rating! We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed our spacious villa, its location and our communication throughout your stay. Regarding parking, our driveway accommodates two vehicles, with additional parking available near the community clubhouse if required. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we appreciate your feedback. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable Florida holiday in the future! Kind regards, Nick Property Owner

Hi Rob, Wow — thank you for the amazing feedback! I’m so glad to hear you had such a great stay. You’re welcome back anytime! Best regards,

Hi Christopher, Thank you for your feedback, though I’m very sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable during your stay. I want to clarify for full transparency: we absolutely do not have any cameras inside the property. As per legal and platform regulations, indoor surveillance is strictly prohibited — and we fully comply with that. The only cameras we have are external, positioned at the driveway for security and guest safety, which is standard practice for holiday rentals. We respect our guests’ privacy at all times and are disappointed by any misunderstanding that gave you a different impression. Kind regards, Nick
