With over 3,200 sq ft of living space, this 6-bedroom luxury villa is one of the largest homes in the fully gated Veranda Palms Resort, Kissimmee. Ideally located just minutes from Disney and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Set on an oversized west-facing plot, the villa features an expanded pool deck with sunshine well into the evening and tranquil conservation views.

We had a great time!! The pool and outdoor space was great!! Plenty of room for our 3 families. The kitchen and living room is open and spacious and was definitely the hub of the house! The house is a little older and could use some updating but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our time and each other.

The beds were horrible, ants in the kitchen couldn't use the grill because it was filthy and he got a replacement from a discount store because the frame was rusted. A toe board from the kitchen fell off because it was taped on instead of glued. I think that is enough because I could go on with more. Pictures are not what you're getting in this well lived in home.

Good location to visit Orlando area attractions. Check in was straight forward and any communication we had with the host was met with a timely response. The property is very spacious - we used three of the six bedrooms and the reviews of the beds for comfort was positive. The pool and the spa (hot tub) were clean and were a big hit as were the games. Two points to note: this rental is referred to as self catering by the host - not a big concern we just were not aware - once we understood this we purchased extra garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, napkins, toilet paper etc.. for our 6 night stay (there are multiple grocery options very close to the property). As well - given the property is popular and well used - it could use some TLC and a deep clean. Overall for the location and price this property was good value.

Overall, very well maintained. Carpets are a little beat up, but that’s pretty normal in any rental. Pool and Hot Tub heating was very reasonably priced. Gated community, mostly all other rental units for neighbors. I could’ve done without the neighboring house smoking weed outside all Saturday afternoon.Good access to Disney and Universal, and the host was very responsive to any questions, etc.

We had a lovely stay at this home while spending time with my mother in law and other extended family. The house was large enough , plenty of bathrooms and fun with the pool table and pool and hot tub. Some issues were the cleanliness of the grill - my husband spent two hours cleaning it, the amount of time it took for the hot water to heat up in the bathrooms and kitchen, the lack of laundry detergent even though the host asks for laundry to be started before checkout and a ripped screen on the lanai.

Owner was easy to communicate with but unfortunately rental was not clean. Carpets were stained and ripped through out house. Dust and finger prints were just about everywhere. Appliances and counter tops were not cleaned properly. Which dosent surprise me since it’s one woman who prepares the home which really needs a team to accomplish anything. Be aware that there are no supplies what’s so ever to help start you off which is something we never experienced. Grill and lanai deck were filthy as well. It’s a shame a big nice home but it needs to be cleaned properly along with upgrades.

Yes yes yes! this is second stay here now from Scotland and we love it! Nick the owner is always quick to reply and help if you need it aswell. Only one thing i will suggest to Nick and that is a wee nice bluetooth speaker up by pool table would be great to lisyen toi while playing but all giod we will definitely be returning for a third time soon!!

Why they chose this property

I chose this villa because of its fantastic location in Central Kissimmee and the quality of the Veranda Palms community.

The villa is approximately 6 miles from Walt Disney World and offers the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. Within just a couple of minutes, you'll find Walmart, Target, petrol stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and many everyday essentials.

One of my favourite features of this location is its proximity to Kissimmee Regional Park, which is located directly behind the community. Guests can enjoy walking trails, wildlife viewing, bird watching, kayaking, and beautiful green spaces. It provides a peaceful escape from the busy theme parks while still being close to all the action.

For theme park visitors, the location is ideal. Disney is only a short drive away, and there is easy access to the major roads serving Disney, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and the other attractions that make Central Florida such a popular holiday destination.

The famous Highway 192 is also nearby, offering a huge selection of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and attractions, including Old Town Kissimmee.

For me, Veranda Palms offers the best combination of a modern home, a great location, and a peaceful setting. Whether you're visiting for the theme parks, shopping, golf, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine, it's an excellent base for your holiday.
