New Dream & Adventure Vacation Villa:

Our vacation villa has been completely remodeled, decorated and is newly furnished and newly equipped, Including a 55 In. 3D TV in the living room, high speed internet, WI-Fi access and free long distance calls to anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real succes. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied, our objective is to provide you with a home away from home accommodation.

The Paradise adventure Vacation Villa, part of the Ashley Manor Community, is situated at the end of a crescent street and adjacent to a conservation area.

As a result you will get stunning views of the pond, and while relaxing in the pool, you will be surrounded with abundant tropical nature and still you are 5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Disney’s main entrance.

Villa layout details: Kitchen is very well equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area. There is enough space for everybody to dine together.

There are 5 bedrooms: Africa Master bedroom with a king size bed is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs; Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms have queen size beds. Both children's, Toy Story and our choose your layout Pirates/Princesses Frozen bedrooms have twins size beds. 2 full bathrooms with his and hers washbasin upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.

In the living room, You will enjoy a 7 foot pool table. You also will enjoy Air hockey and foosball in our large gameroom .

Our objective is that the adventure theme will enhance everybody’s experience, and we hope that the Paradise and Adventure Villa will be a part of your most memorable vacations.

This was a great house. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The themes in each bedroom were just right! Dealing with Alain and Lucie was a breeze!

Perfect Getaway

The property was amazing. The pictures do it no justice. All the amenities were perfect. There was plenty to do for everyone from ages 16-47! We did not have any issues while there and will be booking them again.

Perfect for young children

This property was perfect for our Disney vacation needs. The bedrooms were amazingly themed, 3 full baths, around the corner from a grocery store and several restaurants , on a quiet street and a beautiful screened in pool. Felt like a home rather than a shell being rented. All the streaming services were already logged in with a guest account to use ready to go! We had an amazing vacation here and can’t wait to stay again!

The house had alot of detail to it, you can tell the owners put much so thought into every room. The only reason for 4 stars on location was because the house next door is currently being renovated.

Great house for vacation

This was a great house for our vacation. It was very spacious. there were plenty of things to do at the house to keep the children entertained. They seemed to want to be at the house more than they wanted to do the things that we had planned. It is in a great location In the middle of all the attractions. The owners were great on getting back with us when we had any questions about the property. Will definitely be wanting to return.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is huge and has absolutely everything you could need (and more). The pool was the highlight of our stay as we were looking to have some downtime. The neighborhood was very quiet. The communication with the owners was great. They really want their guests to have a good time. We absolutely recommend it!

Great place for the family

What a perfect home. Everything was clean and organized. We’ve never stayed in a VRBO where the particulars about the house operation were so well provided with written directions. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was endless. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the pool toys. Just a great experience. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend!!

My family of 7 decided to spend Christmas at the parks this year and this house was even better than imagined! Tons of games (pool table, games in the garage), amazing pool and spa and unbelievable special touches in the room. I have never seen so much thought put into a vacation home ever!!! We had everything we needed, the neighbors were even friendly to us and the space was incredible. We will definitely book this house again for many more vacays! It felt like every few hours, I thought to myself “I cannot wait to write a review of this house!” 30 out of 10 and would recommend a million times!

Great house!

My family and I loved this house! This was our son’s first Disney trip and we also went to universal two days! The traffic in Orlando is crazy but the house was perfect to come home to after long park days to relax in the beautiful pool and spa! The last two days we were there people in the house next door came in. I’m assuming that it’s also a rental property. They were very loud and inappropriate with their music to where I didn’t want my 9 year old to even come outside. They also woke me up the first night they were there in the middle of the night! Obviously that wasn’t the houses fault. We would definitely stay here again and had the best time other than the unruly neighbors. My son loved the Harry Potter room and picked that as his own as soon as we walked in! Great theming and so much detail to the magic! Thank you for the most memorable trip for my little guy!

The house was ok, did not particularly like the neighborhood. Looked a bit trashy and run down. Did not like the toiletpaper supplied was 1ply. Wouldn’t have hurt to have a box of tissues in the house. The pool area was very nice.

Family Fun House

The house was beyond anything I could have imagined. It had everything that we needed. On the first night that we arrived, my kids and us were mind blown by the attention to the details to each room. We were all “geeking” out by the details and figurines. The hosts were really great and had everything we needed to make out trip great. They has ponchos, beach towels, and even a cooler for us to use at the beach. Overall I would recommend this home for anyone who is visiting Disney or the Orlando area. It has a little bit and everything for every age.

Awesome place to stay!!

We LOVED this house! It was perfect for our Disney get away. Driving distance to Disney was only 20 minutes. The house is decorated so cute and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child, and there were still beds open. There was lots of couch seating and enough chairs we could sit around the dining room table together. Having our own pool was a huge plus and there were even pool toys! There was an outdoor dining table, a pellet grill and a gas grill. Inside was a pool table, air hockey table and a foosball table. I would HIGHLY recommend this house and hope if we come to this area again that the house will be available for our stay!

Very nice house

The house and property are very nice. The traffic there is terrible! The "GAME ROOM" was not what was expected. The air hockey didnt work, it is a "garage" with game tables in there, that dont work.... the kids were disappointed with that... the pool area was AMAZING!! The accommodations were over all a great pleasure, and we were glad to have stayed.

Wonderful house for a Florida vacation

The house was great. It was bug and spacious. The poolnand air hockey tables were a hit. The pool was wonderful. We did have an issue with the spa but they came and fixed that very quickly. The kids loved all the Disney themed rooms. Some of the beds werent the most comfortable but everyone is different so others may love them. The area was quiet and fairly close to everything we needed. If you are thinking about staying here, dont wait. Just book it, you wont regret it.

We loved this Disney-themed house! The house is just as pictured and a short drive to the parks. We used the pool and spa after returning from the parks and on a couple of days in between park visits. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and three children. We would definitely recommend this house and plan on booking again for our next Disney trip!

Great first experience with a Vrbo. Everything was as described. There was an issue with the spa tub as soon as we arrived, and we were very disappointed that it took almost our entire stay to fix it - but we had communication every day regarding it with management as well as owners. While it was unfortunate, things do happen & we appreciated the communication.
