New Dream & Adventure Vacation Villa:

Our vacation villa has been completely remodeled, decorated and is newly furnished and newly equipped, Including a 55 In. 3D TV in the living room, high speed internet, WI-Fi access and free long distance calls to anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real succes. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied, our objective is to provide you with a home away from home accommodation.

The Paradise adventure Vacation Villa, part of the Ashley Manor Community, is situated at the end of a crescent street and adjacent to a conservation area.

As a result you will get stunning views of the pond, and while relaxing in the pool, you will be surrounded with abundant tropical nature and still you are 5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Disney’s main entrance.

Villa layout details: Kitchen is very well equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area. There is enough space for everybody to dine together.

There are 5 bedrooms: Africa Master bedroom with a king size bed is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs; Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms have queen size beds. Both children's, Toy Story and our choose your layout Pirates/Princesses Frozen bedrooms have twins size beds. 2 full bathrooms with his and hers washbasin upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.

In the living room, You will enjoy a 7 foot pool table. You also will enjoy Air hockey and foosball in our large gameroom .

Our objective is that the adventure theme will enhance everybody’s experience, and we hope that the Paradise and Adventure Villa will be a part of your most memorable vacations.

We LOVED the Adventure Villa! It is so wonderfully decorated! You can tell they invest and keep adding incredible touches to make the place special. We had so much fun using the pool, our 9 year old wanted to leave Magic Kingdom early to come back and swim! We have already told many people to check it out and we def would come back. Also, I think it was a great location!!

The pool and hot tub were awesome plus to the our stay. The coffee maker and the waffle maker was awesome since we used it With that said, I wasn’t happy with the cockroach in my bed the first night and the mole on the shower curtain in the bathroom on the left as you go upstairs.

This house has everything we needed and more! The themed bedrooms were fun for my kids. They loved the pool table in the living room and I loved that it wasn't closed off. The pool and spa heat was so nice. The beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were such a nice bonus. They even had extra rain ponchos. The host had great communication, and it was a smooth and seamless check in/check out process. We loved that it was on a dead end also. It was very quiet. Would highly recommend!

The villa is a great place to stay for kids as the rooms are very well put together and themed.Lots of utensils and space for everyone.Loved the pool table and the pool.A few issues to note for the owner...Mattress needs replacing in Harry potter room as it's saggy.Mould around bathroom windows upstairs and door handle loose on upstairs bathroom. Shower temp control broken and sharp on upstairs bathroom. Security bar on patio doors does not stay up.Very noisy ac.The water smells of sewage from all taps and showers which is really off-putting.However, regardless of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Regarding the shower control, after inspection, it is working properly, though the mechanism may differ from what you are used to in the UK. Thank you for noting it — we will make sure to inform future guests. As for the AC, Florida homes rely heavily on air conditioning, and this can make the system more noticeable at times. This is also why we give guests full control of the thermostat so they can adjust it to their comfort. Our mattresses are quite recent and medium‑firm with a pillow‑top, chosen to suit most preferences, though we understand comfort can vary from person to person. The water odor you mentioned most likely came from the kitchen sink’s food disposal, which had likely not been used during your stay. All items have since been checked and addressed by our professional management team to ensure the home remains in excellent condition for future guests. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you again.

We loved this Disney-themed house! The house is just as pictured and a short drive to the parks. We used the pool and spa after returning from the parks and on a couple of days in between park visits. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and three children. We would definitely recommend this house and plan on booking again for our next Disney trip!

Great place to stay for our family vacation

It was a great place for our family vacation. The pool was great! The house was clean. The location was great! The neighborhood was ok, there were a lot of cars parked on the road and at times it was hard to get around. It would have been nice if the owners would have warned us that the pool cleaner and the lawn care company were scheduled to come. Even with that, We had a great vacation!
