Splendid villa, overlooking conservation area, with private pool and games room

Serendib Villa is a splendid villa situated on the prestigious development known as 'Calabay Parc' which is only 15 minutes from Disney, and built on a conservation lot with beautiful views of forest to the rear.

While on vacation, we prefer the comforts of home. Therefore, we renovated our villa as a luxurious home away from home with brand new top-of-the-line furniture and state of the art equipment. Our villa offers ultimate luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete and memorable. It is the perfect place to return to and relax at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks.
It has amazing views from the decking area of sunset over the conservation land at the rear of the villa itself, should you be able to tear yourself away from the theme parks early enough.

This home was very spacious! Beds were comfortable and the 4 bathrooms were fantastic for a big group. The layout of the house was perfect with the main bedroom on the main floor with another bedroom downstairs, and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. The game room helped with entertaining, and the pool was clean and refreshing after a long day. The neighborhood was quiet, and this house was situated close to neighbors but still had its privacy. The area had plenty of restaurants, stores and easy access to the highway. Overall, a great place to stay with a big family group or friends.

Needs improvement.There were ants and roaches noticed upon arrival. There is water coming up through the sub floor, which is causing the flooring to come up, and could be slippery or moldy. It appears that there has been a leaking drain pipe under the floor, which has been happening for quite some time. The maintenance guy said they'd have to get someone to look at it. The trash cans don't have lids and caused animal(s?) getting in the trash. There were many things not working when we arrived (stove top, lights, tv), but most could be addressed quickly. Also, there isn't a hot tub included, which is misrepresented. It's only a connected heated pool, which is an extra fee.The location is nice, but difficult to

Wonderful well appointed spacious villa

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this very spacious and well appointed villa. The pool was excellent with a hot tub and plenty of space around it to socialise. A gas bbq was also provided. There was a very professional pool table and a separate football table in a games room at the front of the property. The kitchen, lounge , dining area , bedrooms and bathrooms were all very well appointed, spacious with quality bed linen and towels. The villa is superbly positioned and very quiet as it backs onto a nature reserve. Disney is 30 mins away and local Publix and Walmart superstores close by.
