Thank you for your lovely review and for your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful property and were pleased with the rooms. We just wanted to mention that pool heating is available as an optional upgrade for guests who would prefer a warmer pool, particularly during cooler or rainy weather. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay!

Thank you for your 5 star review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your detailed review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the peaceful community and that the pool was a great place to cool down and relax during the July heat. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the property. We're sorry to hear the sofa wasn't comfortable for your family. We do wish this had been brought to our attention during your stay, as this would have been a quick fix and we would have been happy to resolve it for you straight away. The pool door alarm is a safety feature required to help protect guests, particularly families with young children, and we appreciate your understanding even though we know it can take a little getting used to. Thank you also for highlighting the noise from the master bedroom vent. We'll investigate this with our maintenance team to ensure everything is working as it should. We value your feedback as it helps us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future.

Thank you for your review Julie. I will forward your feedback onto the Grill Hire company we use.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen items and starter supplies. We do provide a small starter pack that includes a dishwasher tablet and trash bags, and I’m so sorry if this was missed during your stay. I’ll be sure to pass this along to our property manager right away to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you again for your kind words — we’re delighted you had a beautiful stay and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your 5 star review, unfortunately, if the ac is turned down too low the system will freeze, I will however, look into the current settings to see if they are ok.

Many thanks for your 5 star review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed every aspect of your stay, we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Thank you for your 3 star review Fritzy, although it does baffle me as you have stated the home is nicely decorated, modern, clean and very nice and comfortable yet you have rated us 3 stars? I have also checked the message threads and I cant see where you raised any problems with us at all during your stay. Had you contacted us we could have looked at the AC for you

Thank you so much for your review and kind words. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and by all accounts you had a wonderful vacation. I will forward your feedback on to the team.

Thank you for your 3 star review Carlos, however, your review puzzles me. I have checked the message threads between us both and I can't see any other communication from you at all apart from a message at 10pm the day before your check out day asking if you could have a late check out. We responded at 8am the next day advising as we had a guest checking in today (your check out date) so we would be unable to authorize a late check out as we need time to clean the home ready for the next guest. To rate us 3 stars for not being able to give you a late checkout is really unfair as you did not raise any issues at all with the home during your stay, despite us reaching out to you twice.

Hi Connie, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We'll take your suggestions for things needed to be improved in our home. Hope to host you in your next Orlando stay.

Thank you for your 5 star review, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the property clean and generally enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the air conditioning, blinds, and lamp fittings. I do wish you had raised these during your stay, as they are all relatively quick and easy fixes and we would have been more than happy to resolve them for you right away to make your stay more comfortable. We really appreciate you bringing them to our attention, and we’ll make sure they are checked and addressed by our maintenance team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a smoother experience.
