Welcome to our stunning golf / Disney vacation home. We offer a five star Providence home just a short walk from the clubhouse, the golf course, huge children`s pool with slides, children`s play area, well equipped gym, floodlit tennis courts, lap pool and a full service bar and restaurant.

There is parking for two cars.

Our vacation home is luxuriously furnished offering 5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms, including three master suites which contain three en suite bathrooms.
The principal suite contains his and hers sinks with an extra-large bath as well as a large shower.
The extended deck area benefits from the addition of Florida Glass Privacy Screening allowing you to sunbathe, play and eat in seclusion.
The SOUTH FACING large pool with spa (NOT a Hot Tub and uses same water as pool system so heats to a maximum of 88 degrees F with pool heat should you choose to have .it Pool heat is extra) is set on an extended sundeck where your privacy is protected and you can enjoy the fantastic uninterrupted views of the conservation area while either sunbathing on our loungers or dining alfresco on the anti - gravity patio furniture under the cooling fan of the large lanai.
On the poolside there is a full bathroom with shower for your convenience.
Pool Heat is extra should you require and will be ready for your arrival.
The property boasts a large LCD widescreen television in the lounge with Blu Ray DVD System. There is Roku for the TV`s in all rooms as well as 1 Gig High Speed Internet for your convenience.
For your further entertainment there are DVD players as well as 2 DVD / Games consoles. We have also provided a selection of DVD movies and some Xbox games.
Also for your entertainment we have converted the garage into a Games Room. This includes an Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and a Pool Table.
There is also a fully equipped Laundry Room.

Providence is a Gated Golf Community and is centrally located for all Main Attractions and Prime Shopping Outlets. It is 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 35 minutes from Orlando Airports and just over an hour away from the East and West Coast Beaches!
You are five minutes from a Publix supermarket, restaurants and food outlets.

As previous vacation home owners and staying at this villa for 8 weeks we appreciated how well equipped and furnished this property was. Return visit to this villa, Phil is easy to deal with and the management company on hand if any issues arise. The villa is spacious and well kept having been recently painted. The outside pool area is lovely and private and really peaceful. No hesitation in returning again.

This is our second visit to this villa and we had a fantastic time again here. It’s clean and has everything you could need. It’s very spacious and would easily accommodate large family groups with plenty of seating. The pool is lovely and having a bathroom on the patio is an added bonus particularly if you have children, as they can come out of the pool straight into the shower. The owners and managing agents are very helpful. We wanted a mid stay clean which they arranged with no problem at all. It’s ideally situated in the pretty and well maintained gated resort and we felt very comfortable. It’s close to a supermarket and petrol station and in case of need a medical centre is not far away. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Nice location. House was clean. Good communication with the owners. If you’re a golfer, Providence is a nice golf course. Southern Dunes, 25 minutes down the road in Haines City, is fantastic.

Great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and still loved everything about it. Great communication with the owner prior to our stay. We only had 2 small issues while we were there and management had them both fixed the same day they were reported. Love having the outdoor bathroom by the pool and the covered table outside with a fan. TVs in the bedroom are extremely small (the size of a laptop screen) but we weren’t really home to watch them much anyways. Couches and beds were very comfortable.

Just wonderful.

Check in was smoothly. All the information I needed for me to get into the property and into the gated community was sent to me by email. That made it easy for me. The place was very roomy and comfortable. My boys enjoyed the pool outback also they enjoyed the game room very much.

Annoying/Nosey Neighbors

The home was nice, just as listed. However, the “Residential” neighbors made our family very uncomfortable. Also parking is very inconvenient if you have more than 2 vehicles. Will NEVER go back.

Don`t understand the star rating as you stated you liked the villa and it was only an issue you caused that made you give one star. Two sets of guests (one left the day you arrived and the other arrived the day after you left - see reviews) both gave 5 star reviews!! Firstly glad you appreciated the part we can control ie the Villa was nice and as listed,surely a 3 or 4 star minimum because of that? Secondly we were informed you were parking on "Residential" neighbours` parking spaces without permission and knocking on next door at 2am in the morning won`t help neighbourly relations. Over 10 years our residential neighbours have been nothing but friendly and welcoming ! Our website and the blurb we send to every guest before arrival explains there is parking only for 2 cars and that you will get towed if you park your third/fourth car on the road between 1am and 6am.

Fab property

We stayed at the property in providence for three weeks, what a lovely villa plenty of space indoors and out. The villa is well stocked with everything you may need plenty of utensils, crockery etc. The games room is a great way to spend an evening when you don’t want to go out. Everything was cleaned to a high standard. Phil was easy to deal with and prompt to reply to my messages with lot’s of information regarding directions and entry to the property. This villa will be the top of my list for my next visit.

The property was really nice....but the owners P&S were phenomenal !!! They really went out of their way to accommodate our family after several major changes in flight plans due to a hurricane in Florida and then other weather delays in Canada. I can't speak highly enough of the owners. I would absolutely recommend this property, the house was beautiful and really large. We had 5 people in our family and there were 5 bedrooms, we didn't even use all the rooms, and there is lots and lots of space, and beds. And a nice gaming/recreation room (although we didn't use it much), we spent our evenings by the heated pool. The check-in process was simple and efficient, the community was really nice and we met some neighbors who were also really nice as well. I'd give the house 4 stars and the owners 5 stars!

Winter Vacation 2023

The property was very run down. Furniture was old and pieces were broken. The rugs were extremely dirty. Listing said it had a grill and there wasn’t one. All the outdoor furniture was dirty and rusted. In addition the website has the wrong property management company listed.

Firstly we are disappointed you didn`t enjoy your stay. You were there for 38 days but we were not alerted by our management company or by yourselves that there was anything wrong. In October 2022 we added two new loungers ( Palm Casual upvc ) plus two new Palm Casual lounger cushions. The table chairs and metal loungers are not rusting. A previous guest has placed something hot on the table and burnt it which may look like rust I guess. The rugs have been cleaned and would have been had you highlighted it during your stay. You booked about a year before you came. Our property manager during that time qualified as a Realtor and left so we had to change - which we did to a new well established management company called Westridge. There was no need to inform you of this change. Where I am at fault is I didn`t mention we had got rid of the grill on the advice of the new company due to insurance for which I apologise. No one has ever mentioned our furniture being old. We have taken your comments on board and we thank you for them.

Amazing villa for a perfect family holiday

We had a fantastic time at this lovely villa and hope to return next year! We were a family consisting of young children and a wheelchair user and we found everything very accessible and comfortable. We loved the pool area and games room in particular! The kitchen is very well equipped and has a lovely open plan living feel so when my husband was cooking and we were in the living room, everyone still felt together. The communal pool is lovely too with great water slides which the children really loved! Davenport is a nice area with Publix less than 10 minutes away for all your needs. The gated community in providence is really well kept, with beautiful landscapes and lovely views over the golf course. We will definitely be back! A big thank you to Sharon from management who was very responsive and helpful for all our needs. A big thank you to Phil and Sandra the owners, for their thoughtfulness and quick responses throughout this process. We had a very memorable holiday!

Do not book this place

My family had booked this place to stay December 15-Jan 2 of this year. We arrived to the property on December 15 around 8PM with our 3 young children. Upon entering the property (without our luggage) we noticed giant cockroaches. 2 in the bathrooms and one hanging out in the dishwasher. As someone with young kids and a phobia of cockroaches, we contacted the host to notify them that we weren’t comfortable staying at this property for almost a month. The host let us know that the property manager would come and clean the property the following day, but unfortunately with a property that had several cans of cockroach spray, we didn’t think the property manager coming to clean worked solve the problem and notified the host as such. We left the property 1.5 hours after arriving and booked a hotel for the night and found another property for the rest of our stay. We have been in a dispute with VRBO since December 15 as they are saying they can’t guarantee we didn’t use their services and didn’t cancel the booking, even though we notified the host and the host said they will not be cancelling the booking or refunding us. Don’t book this disgusting place, it’s not worth it.

Christmas Vacation

We stayed at Providence over Christmas/New Year. The house was clean, and ready for us upon arrival. Check in at the gate was a breeze, and the house was easy to find. The house is well appointed, and had everything we needed. We paid extra for pool heat, however, due to the extreme cold we experienced the first couple days, the pool heater does not work (this was very well communicated from the owner, as well as lots of signage in the home) This is just how these types of pool heaters work. The outside air temperature needs to be above a certain temperature. Once the temperature warmed up, the pool heater worked amazing. We swam every day and night! I think we’re still a little water logged! We enjoyed walking through the community, and even spotted some gators around the ponds! The games room was a hit with our 9yo son! We did receive an email from the owners letting us know that more pool cue tips would be arriving, as the property manager noted they were missing. They arrived promptly the next day! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Providence, and would not hesitate to book again!
