Exec 4 Bed Spacious Villa in Gated Community of The Sanctuary, Champions Gate

For your privacy, the villa is located within The Sanctuary gated community part of West Haven and is only accessible by coded entry. The villa is self catering but does come with a few basic limited number of starter supplies of toilet roll, soap, dishwasher tabs, washing tabs, bin liners, etc in place for when you arrive but it is likely that you may need to purchase replacements as/when needed for the duration of your stay.

Enjoy a relaxing swim in your very own private south facing pool which has the sun shining from morning 'till night or have some fun in our games room. The pool & spa (which is not a hot tub or jacuzzi and utilises the pool water circulation system) has solar powered heating as standard which generally takes the chill off of the water in the winter months (& can get to well over 80 in the summer), but is dependant on the sun making an appearance and the climate conditions prevailing at the time, so the optional additional electric pool water heating (UK £12.50 per day) is something you may wish to consider for the water in the pool and spa as this will raise the temperature (but not to that of a bath!). This is on a timer so comes on at circa 7.30 am and then goes off at circa 8.30 pm so may take an hour or so to start feeling the benefit first thing in the morning until it then gets into the 80s.
The Sanctuary is situated in a prime location, and in average traffic, is approx 15/20 minutes from the Disney parks & numerous golf courses. At ChampionsGate, just 2 miles away (3/5 minutes) and always passed if leaving the I4 on route back to the villa, there are a selection of outlets and to name a few - Wendys, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chili's Mexican, Millers Ale House, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Subway, McDonalds, Chinese (take away), Italian (eat in & take away), Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, a hairdressers, 7-Eleven and 2 petrol stations and lots more in the growing Champions Gate complex. Continue passed West Haven & The Sanctuary for approx 3/4 mile to the junction of Highway 27 where you will find many more establishments for eating and local shops along the US27.
