This fabulous villa is located in the tranquil setting of the gated Aviana resort in Davenport, Orlando, Florida. The resort offers a clubhouse situated next to a communal pool and hot tub, overlooking a lake, idyllic! There is also a fitness centre, sand volleyball and children’s playground . The villa feels luxurious from the moment you step inside. There are two seating areas, one with a large TV (HD cable), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas near the seating areas, washer and dryer (in garage), air conditioning, fans in 3 bedrooms and two bedrooms have en-suites and TV’s (cable), pool (heating - fees apply), patio furniture, backing on to a secluded area, is just perfect for lazy days or relaxing after a day of theme parks. With Walt Disney World only 15 minutes away by car, easy access to other attractions (ie Universal Studios with Harry Potter, Sea World, Space Centre, beaches), championship golf courses just a few miles from this resort, it is the perfect location for your Florida adventures. A professional and friendly service. From my first inquiry about the property to checking out, I had no problems. I stayed with my family (ages range from 80-11 years old) for 9 nights and I had no issues. The neighborhood was clean, friendly and quiet. The house was pool was clean and well maintained. We are pretty low maintenance people and we’re here to only soak up the sun! The pool area was perfect and the house was very clean. Only ding was the Highway noise which you could hear at night as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect setup for a family.

It felt like an extension of our own home. I would highly recommend it for a family. We have teens and an 8 yr old, and everyone had their own space. It fit us perfectly, and if we ever return to Orlando, we would rent this home again!

Overall very nice. I didn't expect to have to buy toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. We also ran out of kitchen garbage sacks. The rest of our stay was good.

Not too happy with pool area. It was not cleaned prior to us arriving, infested with spiders &web on patio furniture every morning Pool was cleaned on 3rd day but not 100% there was residue at the bottom. House overall was comfortable.

Miguel Thank you for your feedback, we take all comments extremely seriously and strive to offer a great service to all our guests, as you can see from the numerous 5 star reviews we have received. As you will have noted from our advert & photos the pool is an external pool, and being in Florida with the extreme heat we get a wide variety of wildlife in the area, including the odd spider, most people understand this and get on with enjoying their vacation. The pool is regularly cleaned on a weekly basis every Monday and isn’t heated unless requested, this option wasn’t taken up in your booking, despite this when you eventually decided you needed it, we sent someone round the same day to put it on. Your email didn’t mention any issues, just that your grandkids were enjoying the pool! If there had been an issue you could have mentioned it to our pool guy who would have dealt with it during his visit, or emailed me further.

Family Vacation

Property was nice; however, the location is a bit isolated and Hart corner is very difficult to exit. The first night was very warm but the property manager came by and changed the filter which made it a bit better. I must mentioned that the owners thought about everything because there were fans in the closets. Fixtures needs a little dusting, bed head in master bedroom is cracked. Roaches are in the garage but there was a roach repellent/spray. The pool was lovely. Even though I have pointed out a few things I must say that the house is beautiful.

Thanks Sonia, for leaving a review, we take all feedback very seriously and try to provide the best guest experience possible, we are pleased you thought the Devine Villa was beautiful. As I am sure you checked (with Google Maps / Street View) Aviana is a gated resort situated near Loughman’s Crossing which has a Publix supermarket and variety shops & food places. During the summer months this area is incredibly busy and very hot much like the rest of the greater Orlando area. Most people appreciating this would understand that we unable to do anything about traffic, much like we are unable to control the heavy rain showers in the afternoon which can bring out the odd roach, these can get into a garage via any gap in the up & over door. As well as the sun and Parks Florida is well known for the rich and varied fauna & flora which is why lots of people like to vacation here. Also we know accidents can happen, so you could have called the management company about the bed head, as you did with the aircon and we would have got this sorted

Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house looked just like the pictures. It was about half an hour drive to attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, and Discovery Cove. My kids loved the pool in the back. Catherine was nice enough to leave out 3 swimming noodles for our 3 children. We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Week At Davenport

They house was very spacious and clean. We paid for the pool to be warmed and that was definitely a great investment. Pull up to a minor problem, contacted the host and she was very informative and prompt!! I enjoyed the piece and quiet of the neighborhood. Also, gate security was very welcoming.. I would recommend this space to anyone. Beautiful stay!!

Great Family Vacation

Our family was visiting Disney and other parks. It was a great location with grocery store nearby. The community is gated and secure. The home was comfortable and clean. Our family was a group of 7 and everyone slept comfortably. Handicap accessible. The pool is well maintained. Very happy with our stay and would return again.
