This property was great for what my wife and I wanted / needed. We wanted something near Bahamas Bay Resort as our son was staying there during a college baseball tournament. We also wanted a heated pool, hot tub and gas grill. This property had all of them. The property was much larger than it appears with numerous bedrooms and baths, we had plenty of room. Everything worked well and the property was clean and organized. I would recommend this gated property to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Wonderful destination

This was our 2nd year in a row here...we absolutely love staying here. The owners are very friendly and accessible! As far as I'm concerned, there is no reason for us to look elsewhere.

First time visiting Orlando with our kids and taking them to Disney. This house was the PERFECT location and the size of the house was just right for us. We chose it out of all the other listings because it didn’t charge extra for heated pool and hot tub. When we arrived both weren’t heated yet, but once we told the owner the responded promptly with a solution and we were able to use the hot tub the same day we checked in and the pool by the next morning. Not only is the home located very close to the Disney parks, but it’s also a short drive from Millenia Mall which was the perfect place to shop between days at the parks. When we come back to Disney, we will absolutely be staying here again.

This was my fifth time renting on Vrbo, and I am very sorry to report this stay is the first low rating I am giving. THE HOUSE WAS NOT CLEANED WHEN WE ARRIVED! The owner apologized (I have the message saved for proof) and said it was a mix-up with the cleaning crew. We had to find a hotel at 8 pm which was highly inconvenient!!! Cleaners left no toilet paper or soap. No towels in downstairs bathroom. Owner had to have Walmart deliver some.

Nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen. IMMEDIATELY, we remedied & even gave the guests a free night for their inconvenience. They did not have to leave and go to a hotel, but they chose to. We and our cleaning crew went out immediately at 10pm until 1:30 am to clean the unit for guests, just an hour after guests arrival. We did everything we could to accommodate guests and make it better. We even gave them a free night and provided NEW TOWELS, which the unit already had plenty of towels in a closet that went unnoticed. We also provided toilet paper, which is the guests responsibility. I'm very sorry for your inconvenience but mistakes do happen and we went above and beyond to make it better. It's sad you had to give us a 2 star review which may damper our rental income property. The unit overall was ready for you and you received special accommodations. We are rare to find in this industry and in 6 years this has never happened.

Just WOW! Best Stay ever!

My family stays at vacation rentals several times a year for our family vacations. This by far was one of our favorites. The pool and spa was amazing, the house was roomy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the quality of the property was much better than expected. This one will absolutely be hard to beat! Huge thanks to the hosts for being attentive, friendly and just a text away if we needed anything (which we didn't it was perfect!) Next time we are in the Orlando area, there isn't a chance we would consider anywhere else.

We love everything

The house is amazing , beautiful decoration, a lot tvs with roku already , tv out in the pool area with nice cozy furniture ( very nice and comfortable) the pool is heated and its always nice temperature, jacuzzi can reach very hot 🔥 if you want. You can seat in the jacuzzi and watch your favorite program in tv while you enjoy the relaxing of that . Rooms are big and nice , beds very comfortable. We just love everything

The worst experience on my vacation

We booked this house for almost a 2 month stay which was over 11,000$. When we got to the property we were greeted with garbage full to the max . We should have known then not to open the door!! We slept over a bloody mattress pad!! House was so dirty and run down!! Pics of house was such a misrepresentation !!! We left the house and owner said he was going to refund us . So we waited had to rent another place to stay !! Needless to say we never got a refund and had to rebook another home!! Our vacation cost us double!! This place was horrible ! I wish I had a place to post pics and video I had!! Don’t let this owner take your money and leave you in despair!!

We were so happy with our stay. The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool area. The TV in the pool area was a major plus. The owner was very quick to respond. The only issue was I thought the property had a pool table and it didn't. Besides that I give this property 5 stars.

This property was a joy to stay at. The bed in the master suite was SO comfortable. The home was clean, the pool was serviced as soon as we got there, and kitchen was well appointed.
