Close to some of Orlando’s more famous golf courses and theme parks, this is the ideal location for families who want a little bit of luxury without having to stay in a hotel. The privately owned homes are rented out for vacation purposes and making it completely safe for families with small children. With shops and supermarkets close by, Walmart, Publix, there is nothing else you need. This prestigious community is situated on US Highway 27 ideally located just off Highway 192 for easy access to all the major attractions.

This was a great stay! The owner replied back within a timely manner. It's tucked away in a nice neighborhood, but there's several places to eat and a grocery store nearby!

We had a wonderful stay at Dora’s house. It was a perfect layout with lots of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the pool was glorious for relief from the heat. I highly recommend this house, especially if you have older kids that need their own space.

My family and I enjoyed are 7 night stay in this beautifully updated home. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. My daughters enjoyed their time in the pool. Excellent Stay

We stayed here as a family of four and a family of five for our first trip to Disney. The check in process was very smooth and efficient and the villa was lovely and clean. The kids loved the pool and the facilities were all great. We enjoyed a couple of lovely BBQ’s outside. It was really easy to get to the parks from there and lots of local restaurants and take aways to choose from. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and had enough space for my family. My little one really loved the Mickey bedroom! Unfortunately while we paid additionally for the pool to be heated, the hot tub never really warmed up. Other than that, the property owners were very responsive and kind.

A beautiful home in a great area

The house itself is very spacious and stylish. It is extremely well stocked with all of the amenities of home, including a first aid kit, and even sunscreen and toiletries if you forget your own! The pool is very spacious and there are plenty of outdoor spaces for bbqs and relaxing. The homeowners were wonderful to deal with and were very welcoming and accommodating. There is a Publix just a minutes drive away, and it is near many other stores and restaurants as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway Home Near Disney

Home is located about 20 minutes from Disney, about 30-40 minutes from Universal Studios, and about 45-55 minutes from Downtown Orlando. If you’re renting the house mainly to use the pool, add the daily pool heater to your stay. Pool is too cold without adding this option. This home is nice and fit my family and I comfortably. Could use some upgrades, but we had a nice stay. Very private backyard.

My Orlando Vacay

House was nice and spacious. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! My room didn’t have a tv and the 2nd room had a tv but not very good reception so this was a bummer. The pool was a nice size for our group. I recommend paying for pool heating. All in all this was nicer than a hotel and very private and peaceful. We were gone all day at the theme parks so not having a tv in my room didn’t matter. I was dead tired anyways and being able to dip in a warm pool after the parks made up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean house!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days, just to get away. The house was very clean and easy to get to. I didn't have many issues at all. My biggest concern is that people would walk through the back part of the property instead of walking along the main road. It was a little unnerving. I also didn't like that the fees for the pool heater and the grill weren't made apparent until after we had already booked and paid. Other than that, though, the house was lovely.
