With more than 1,700 square feet of air-conditioned penthouse comfort, the villa provides the epitome of quiet relaxation. The best beaches in America are just forty five minutes away, or you can venture onto the many championship golf courses or take the family to world renowned adventure parks, such as Disney, Universal, Sea World. That's when you are not enjoying Bahama Bay Resort’s many fabulous amenities, which include 17,000 sq.ft. recreation center & clubhouse, pool bar & grille, four swimming pools with whirlpools, children's pool & play area, full service spa & salon, fitness facility, Internet access, mini-market, volleyball, basketball, tennis, billiards, walking trails, sandy beach, fishing, and more!


Dining Options On-Site: At Bahama Bay Resort when it comes to dining you can have the best of both worlds... If your passion is cooking or saving on food cost, then our self-catering villa is perfect for you. There is a store within the resort where you can buy basic grocery items, but if you're looking for something specific then there are both Publix (supermarket) and Walmart Superstore (supermarket/department - open 24hours) stores just minutes away. There may, however, be times when you want to eat out... 'Mambo's' is a casual poolside grill where you can get snacks throughout the day. You can even have pizzas delivered to you in your villa! 'Tradewinds' lakeside restaurant serves buffet breakfasts and alfresco lunches. The dinner menu is extremely varied and we’re sure there’s something for the most discriminating palate! Need a drink? There are two poolside bars and the 'Tradewinds' cocktail bar, offering weekly activities (Karaoke), happy hour and live entertainment.

Dining Options Off-Site: If you wish to try some local establishments, ‘Orlando Ale House' boasts the best for daily specials on food and drink! Location is quiet with a peaceful setting but still close enough to be easy to get to all the theme parks. Extremely clean and beautiful unit with lots of space.

Beautiful home full of all the necessities! Much bigger than expected and the screened in porch was lovely. More than enough room for 5 adults + 3 children.

We Have stayed at Bahama bay for the last 5 visits but this was by far the best Condo. Having the bigger square footage was great. The building was really quiet and we loved being on the top floor (although the trees are now too big to see the fireworks from the balcony!). This was a definite home from home stay with everything we needed, carefully laid out to enhance our stay. Having a safe available was also key for us and although not travelling with young children anymore everything was available should we have needed. Especially liked having a small esky available to use for cool drinks and an ice maker. We didn't need to reach out to Chris & Nicole as everything was just perfect. Will definitely request this Condo in the future if available. Thanks!

What a beautiful stay we had in this spacious condo. Very clean and roomy with the perfect dining area and balcony space. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Best staycation I’ve had in ages and just close enough to Disney. The pools at the resort were very close walking distance and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Bahama bay stay

Lovely condo, very clean. Its a top floor condo with a beautiful view over the lake and in the distance you can see the disney fireworks. We had a terrific view of a rocket taking off in the evening from Kennedy space centre.The condo is huge and has everything you need, the owners are great to deal with and I highly recommend staying in this condo.

Just returned from 16 nights at this property and we have no complaints. The condo is in a great location with views across the lake. The balcony is spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all really big with plenty of storage space and it was spotless. Great communication from the owner and very accommodating. Bahama Bay is a lovely resort, well maintained and very safe and friendly. We will be back next year!

Everything was very nice - lots of stairs

My parents (73+), sister-in-law (60), and I (50) stayed in the apartment. The apartment is beautiful. My only issue is that the apartment is up three flights of stairs with no elevator (or at least not one we could find). Luckily, my parents are in good health and could manage the steps. However, I wish the listing had provided that information upfront rather than at the bottom of the amenities list; I didn’t find it until I went back to the listing to see if I had missed it (and I had). Despite that, the apartment was lovely and close enough to Disney and Universal to work well for us. The beds were comfy and the apartment was quiet.

Fabulously Located Spacious Villa.

We have stayed in this villa on numerous occassions and always had a great stay on every occasion. The Villa is large and spacious, and situated on the Bahama Bay Resort, located off the US27 within easy reach of all Orlando Theme Parks and Attractions. A great place to either spend a relaxing and peaceful day around the numerous pools and outdoor jacuzzis or come back for some well earned rest after a long action packed day in the Theme Parks.........You will always find a great welcome from the Bahama Bay Resorts friendly staff. The Villa itself is a great spacious place to stay, more than ample room for 6 to 8 adults with all facilities and more for a great selfcatering vacation. The villa overlooks a lake and has a lovely peaceful ambience in which to enjoy your vacation anytime of year and only a short stroll to the pools and resort facilities. We can highly reccommend this villa and would add that you will be hard pressed to find a similar property in such a peaceful and great location for all Orlando has to offer.Therefore if wanting to have a great vaction in Orlando, Florida......... look no further.

Excellent Villa

Our first visit to the Disney World at Orlando was made even better by our stay at the excellent villa. It was extremely clean and in excellent shape with all the facilities that we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. Two families stayed at the villa and it was more economical than getting 2 hotel rooms. The kids were very happy to have TVs in their bedrooms. With all the basic utensils provided at the villa, we were able to have home made food at the times when we were not at the parks. We did not have to pack too many clothes either because of the laundry facility at the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and the tennis court. The men were very happy to have Wi-Fi. The staff at the Bahama Bay was very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe within the gated community. It is a short drive to Disney and to the outlet mall. There is a Walmart that is close by the villa that is open 24 hrs where we did most of the grocery shopping. I would definitely stay at the villa during our next visit and would recommend it to our family and friends.

This property is in a lovely setting and i enjoyed the stunning sunrises most days.I do think the photographs under sell the property as i nearly didnt choose it for our stay, however i was swayed by the great reviews, which are all well deserved. I loved the layout of the appartment which was simple, open, very efficent and spacious.My favouite was probably the master bathroom, where the shower is beautifully done wiyj no expense spared.If i have cause to return to the area, will be back!!!

The appartment is spotless. Large and well equipped There are stairs to climb so be aware The location has nice pools and is not too far from stores. About 10 min in either direction Its about 20 min to disney Quiet area

Quiet, Nice, Fun, and Electrifying

The Family loved staying here. The bedrooms were nice and big with extra pillows and blankets for us. There were DVDs waiting to be watched and a nice selection of board games to be played. We went to the clubhouse almost every day to swim, play pool, and get Americano coffees (Yum). For me as a new Electric vehicle owner there were tw chargers plus a bunch of outlets next to the clubhouse so I was able to stay charged the whole week. The next tim we go to the Orlando are for a vacation we will be staying here again.

This is Chris and Nicole from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada! We are both retired professionals who previously worked for competing high-tech companies. Now we spend as much time as possible enjoying retirement by travelling and seeing the world.
But our home away from home is at Bahama Bay, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World!

Why they chose this property

We decided early on that we wanted a home in Florida for our future retirement and to enjoy during our time-off while we were working. We visited over 30 properties in the Orlando area, and while each one had some unique characteristics that we liked, only Bahama Bay hit the mark for us.

Located on over 70 acres of land, the resort is truly that - a resort. The buildings are all offset, so you aren't looking into your neighbor's windows. There are pools and tennis courts and barbecues and walking trails and a fitness center and a sauna and... well, Bahama Bay just had it all. When you settle in, even though you are about 10 minutes from Disney, you feel a world away.

What makes this property unique

All of the villas at Bahama Bay are great, but what makes our unit just a bit more unique than the others is location and management.

Our villa overlooks the central pond whose fountain is lit at night. Our screened balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy an early breakfast or a late-night book. We are literally a two minute walk along a lighted path to the main Club House with oversized pool, fitness center, hot tubs and children's splash pad. Two minutes across the parking lot from our villa will take you to the resort's barbecue area and children's playground.

We are literally at the center of the action, and as our realtor always tells us - LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION.

We are also very pleased to utilize the on-site management company to take care of our villa and all of our guests. That means if you have a problem, however small, someone is there 7-24 to help make it right.

Toaster not working? No problem - call front desk and they will send over a new one. Door lock acting up? No worries - reach out to front desk and they will send maintenance over to make it right. Air conditioner not cooling? A quick call is all it takes to have someone over, usually in less than 30 minutes, to assess, fix and resolve whatever issue comes up.

Some owners opt for an off-site management company to save some money which means hours and sometimes days until issues are resolved. We focus on providing the best guest experience possible - and it shows in our countless 5-star reviews. Things go wrong - you can't help that. But having access to 7-24 on-site support means that when something goes wrong, it can be corrected quickly so as not to impact your vacation.
