Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.

Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

- Master king Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 32' LCD flat screen TV with DVD.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 32' LCD flat TV.
- Third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and, trundle bed.

This is the perfect property for a family trip to Orlando - 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Disney parks, and even closer to the Disney Springs area the property is immaculate, safe, and perfectly equipped. Alfredo is a fantastic host. We will definitely be staying at this property for our next trip to Disney World!

The pool was awesome! Never cold! And beautiful surroundings.It was quite, didn’t hear neighbors! Thee amenities were stupendous. Lots of towels, need more wash clothes though. It was nice having a garage. Used the charcoal grill 3 times. GREAT PLACE! Owner was great also.
