Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.

Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

Bedrooms configuration:
- Master king Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 32' LCD flat screen TV with DVD.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 32' LCD flat TV.
- Third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and, trundle bed.
- PS3 Console and games available in the living room area.

Great getaway

I booked this VRBO for a week. The communication with the owner, Alfredo, was excellent. The place was perfect for our family of six. Many accomodations & very close to Disney & Universal. Perfect vacation spot!

We had a great time at this property. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Short drive to Disney. Lots of restaurants close by. Alfredo was a great host. Would stay again next time we are in Orlando.

Alfredo was a great host. His townhome is beautiful. Much larger than it appears in pictures. In a great location for Orlando attractions. Highly recommended if your looking for a place to stay on your Orlando vacation.

Perfect place to stay for Disney World

If you are looking for an off-property place to stay that is clean and easy access to the parks then this is the place. I stayed here with my husband, my mom and my newborn and it was perfect for all our needs. The house was extremely clean and communication with Alfredo was super easy and quick. I highly recommend this place to families who want all the conveniences of still being at home.

Disneyworld trip

The townhome was fabulous and a perfect price point for my family. It was conveniently located to Disneyworld and other points of interest. Alfredo, the owner gets a HUGE thumbs up. He was so graciously accommodating and very efficient with getting back to us. I highly recommend his place and we can’t wait to go back.

Spectacular Stay

Our family stayed at Alfredo’s property from the end of January to the beginning of March. The property was beautiful, well maintained and clean! Alfredo’s accommodations provided everything necessary to make our long term stay perfect! In addition, the community pool was well kept and there were many wonderful areas available for walking! Alfredo’s property is centrally located and is close to shopping, restaurants, and things to do! Would definitely recommend and am hopeful to stay again at this property when we are in town. Thank you again, Alfredo, for a wonderful stay!!

The property is as pictured. The condo was clean and the condo complex was quiet. Just as others have reviewed, Alfredo is very quick to respond and seems happy to help you, should have any needs or concerns. I found the condo location within good distance to any attractions or restaurants you would want to visit. We would stay here again for sure.

The whole house was clean and stocked with basic items. Laundry room was conveniently located upstairs close to the bedrooms. The only problem we had was the tv in the master bedroom would keep turning itself on in the middle of the night and wake us up, we had to unplug to get it to stop. My family enjoyed being greeted by the ducks in the mornings.
