Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.

Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

Bedrooms configuration:
- Master king Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 32' LCD flat screen TV with DVD.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 32' LCD flat TV.
- Third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and, trundle bed.
- PS3 Console and games available in the living room area.

Appliances: Equipped with all appliances: stove/oven, dish washer, BRAND NEW washer/dryer,refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, toaster, blender, kettle, all kitchen utensils, iron and iron board, etc.

- Leave all the kitchen utensils in the dishwasher running.
- Throw all garbage in the Compass Bay dumpsters located at your right hand side of the street when you are heading towards the community main entrance
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Alfredo was the perfect host, very caring, accommodating and helpful. He did not hesitate to help us out with our family situation. The house was also perfect, very cozy and very clean all around. Alfredo and his lovely home will be our first choice when visiting the Orlando area again.

The property is as pictured. The condo was clean and the condo complex was quiet. Just as others have reviewed, Alfredo is very quick to respond and seems happy to help you, should have any needs or concerns. I found the condo location within good distance to any attractions or restaurants you would want to visit. We would stay here again for sure.

The whole house was clean and stocked with basic items. Laundry room was conveniently located upstairs close to the bedrooms. The only problem we had was the tv in the master bedroom would keep turning itself on in the middle of the night and wake us up, we had to unplug to get it to stop. My family enjoyed being greeted by the ducks in the mornings.
