Emerald resorts is a precious gem

The pool and nature trails all in walking distance. Pickleball courts were on property, plenty of shade and comfy beds.

The house was very convinent, secured and comfortable! Our host Manny was great! Everything is exactly as described. Parking was easy, taking the trash out as well! Could easily walk around the facility! Would certainly reccomend

Great family trip to Disney

We love staying at Emerald Island Resort. The property is so conveniently located to the parks. We love coming home to a large space, full kitchen, and a washer/dryer after long days at the parks. Much better than going back to a hotel room. We love that the property is gated and quiet. Will be staying there again in the future!

Close to Disney

Good property for the price and the number of people we needed to accommodate. The best thing about the property was how close to Disney it was. We didn’t really use any of the amenities. Disappointed that it didn’t have an iron, but we left a new one there so that shouldn’t be a problem for the next guest! I wish they provided more of the basics (i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom, nicer soap, more towels, etc.).

My sister and I tried to get in and couldn’t. There were two doors. We thought they were two different places so we were just trying the one door on the right. Message someone and never received any response back. Luckily I just tried the other door on the left and got in. Needed better communication with Manny. Other than that it was a nice place.

Orlando trip 2023

Condo was very clean and ready for our use. The place needs a fresh paint job and the AC unit addressed. The AC unit would not stay at 70 degrees and in the evening the house was always back up to 73 or higher. The upstairs was very hot if the AC was not below 71 degrees. Caused family members to wake up very hot and uncomfortable. Other than that the house worked great for our family.

Check-in war reibungslos, die Handtücher, die nicht da waren, wurden sofort auf Nachfrage gebracht. Die Küchenausstattung war zu wenig, dafür das 7-8 Personen dort Platz finden. Keine Schüssel für Salat, viel zu wenig Besteck, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, wir mussten nach jeder Mahlzeit mit der Hand abwaschen.

Very minimal is supplied. It is stated what is provided but even the wash cloths are the thinnest cheapest I’ve ever used. Was not enough towels for each person to shower. Master bedroom shower is strange with a full size window with in it. Didn’t really care for that. The dish washing sponge provided is 1/4 of a whole sponge. Not and issue, just literally take EVERYTHING you would need. House was clean. Tad smaller than pictured. Just a minimal design and kinda tacky decorated but worked for our two night stay for that wasn’t important to us. Pool was nice, hot tub was filthy. Easy to navigate to Universal Studios and Disney. You will need to pay for a pass to get in and out of gated community. It’s 23 per car. That’s not listed, but you will get an email closer to reservation.
