Gated Community With Extensive Resort Facilities Located Just Minutes From Walt Disney World

Located on the third floor (there is no elevator) this is a very pretty and surprisingly spacious three bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has a queen beds, a flatscreen TV and closet. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds. There is a closet and a TV in this room also. The family bathroom has a bath/shower, basin and WC.

The main living area is open plan and has a dining table seating, large comfortable sectional couches, a flatscreen Fire TV, and a screened in balcony that overlooks the nature preserve area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with granite countertops throughout and has all stainless steel appliances -electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink with disposal, and fridge/freezer. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

There is street parking at the front of the condo and free WIFI is provided. Windsor Palms benefits from being a gated community and has a huge amount of on-site facilities including tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, communal pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, poolside bar, fitness center, movie theater, internet room, gaming arcade and shop.

Disney and all it's wonders are only minutes away and there are a multitude of shops, restaurants and other entertainment on the US192, which is just a short 5 minute drive away.

Excellent Stay Close to Disney

This was the perfect place for our family. Our young son enjoyed the Disney decor. Very conveniently located to the parks. Lots of other fun activities nearby too. The pool was a welcomed bonus and there was a decent playground on the property as well. Great communication from the owners!

Great property and wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Everything was super easy and that listing was very accurate. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The pool was really great and the kids loved the arcade and games room. We loved that there was a little restaurant with drinks on site. It felt very safe with the gated community. Having so much space for everyone was really nice. We had an issue with the TV and the owners replaced it the next day. They were great at communication and very responsive. We would absolutely book this place again.

This property is perfect to stay at for some time at the parks. Short ditance to Disney World. We used uber the entire time we were there and had no issues. Rick was great to communicate with and offered us early arrival. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect place to stay for a family

We could not be happier with our stay at this location. The property owner was very professional and timely in their response to us. The condo its self was super clean and well maintained. The club house in the gated community in which this property is located is awesome! It’s got a big pool, hot tub, movie theatre, arcade, and a convenience shop. Staff was more than courteous and accommodating. If we return to this area we will definitely book this place again. We highly recommend this property!

Friends trip for some WDW magic

Just two friends meeting up after moving to different states. We were overdue to get some time together and this was a great way to take in the WDW magic, visit and just enjoy time together. Parks are close by, this unit is clean, comfortable and quiet.

Cheer Comp plus Magic Kingdom

We stayed 4 nights total. Came down for a cheer competiton and hit a Disney park as well. Condo was as advertised and so centrally located to everything without being in all the hustle and bustle. Neighborhood was quiet at night, and the community pool was amazing for kids and adults alike. Price was so fair and we would definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect for us. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning having my coffee. Only suggestion I have is to have a deep clean of the baseboards, corners and back of toilet.

Great find for the price!

This is a very affordable option if choosing to stay off site from Disney. In traffic it takes about 25-30 min to get to the parks so plan accordingly! Check in was at 4 and we arrived at 5:30 with the cleaning crew still working. They were very nice and visited with us and were done by 6. Not ideal, but not really a major issue for us. The king and queen beds were very comfortable memory foam mattresses. There are very few kids plates/bowls and no plastic cups so be sure to bring your own! Also bring your own paper coffee filters but there is a keurig with a reusable pod. I had wished there were more towels and maybe a few laundry pods as the check out process asks you start a load of towels or sheets before you leave if possible (not required though!).

This property was a labor of love. It was an empty canvas - and we spent a lot of time adding personal touches to make it Disney themed, and we continue to add more each year. Our home is warm, welcoming and close to it all.

The community in which the property is situated is close to a multitude of great restaurants, attractions and shopping. The Windsor Palms community also boasts a lovely Clubhouse with plenty of activities and a pool/splash pad area.
